I was in on both Tuesday and Wednesday of last week for ultrasounds on my arm and some x-rays. I really appreciate it how kind and caring everyone there is and I especially appreciated the humour because when you’re in pain, sometimes it’s hard to be your best self. I have been to this Centre previously and they were also kind and courteous at that time. I highly recommend going here. The staff is just lovely and that’s just wonderful when you’re really not feeling well. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

I recently visited the Well Clinic for an ultrasound, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Susan, who conducted the ultrasound, was incredibly gentle and professional, making the process quick and comfortable. The receptionist was also very efficient, handling everything smoothly and promptly. I highly recommend the Well Clinic to anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming environment.

Super great clean facility.
The staff were great, the person doing my Ultrasound (Didn't get name) was amazing and through and listened to my issues so that she can help make sure she covers the area that are of importance to me making sure we don't over look a spot of importance.

The lights were dimmed low, it was very relaxing.

Excellent care and service and I did not wait. The place is clean and the privacy feels secure. The technicians are respectful, professional and kind.

The front desk also kind and professional.
My room at the last visit was in room number 1 which I appreciated the privacy and the female technician who was really kind, respectful and I felt very safe and comfortable in her care. Ladies you have the option of requesting a female technician if this is what you need.

The only thing I would change is that there is one technicians room that is right beside the waiting room and I think since she is a female technician likely working with many women she should be placed in a room where there is more privacy to create a stronger sense of security for her female patients esp when they walk out or are quested to remove their clothing it is all heard from the waiting room and I think it’s important to consider the dignity and impacts of trauma. I think the female technicians should be placed further in the clinic to protect the privacy and dignity but even still the technician of this room is lovely also.

My experience at this clinic was positive from the moment I walked in. The staff are great and the waiting area is comfortable. The technician communicated instructions clearly and made me feel very much at ease. I appreciated him letting me know when results could be expected.

I had an amazing experience! I was a little bit nervous because some of my friends had bad experiences with their pregnancy ultrasounds. However, the technician was absolutely fabulous. She guided me on what to do and what to expect during my first ultrasound, and she allowed my husband to be with me the whole time. Thank you, Nahid, for making my first experience one that I will always remember.
