Jason the owner was very accommodating in creating a custom ring for me just how I liked within an insanely tight time frame. The store is beautiful and my fiance was speechless. My favorite Jewelry store for over 20 years!!! All my jewelry and my 2 sister’s jewelry over the years is from Walden Jewelers. My husband bought my diamond engagement ring from Walden Jewelers almost 18 years ago! I am very active and rough with my jewelry… my rings were completely bent out of shape and dirty… Walden Jewelers (as always) buffed them out and restored them to perfection inside of 24 hours… they look just like the day my husband picked them out!!
Can’t say enough about the amazing owner Jason Walden and his long time staff that has been there forever!!! My fav trustworthy Jewelry store!!!

Without a doubt, I can highly recommend Walden Jewelers! I recently had two services with them and had great results. The first was having a prong replaced on a three-stone ring. The jeweler did a fantastic job creating a new prong for the ring and getting it polished and cleaned up. The replacement didn't take long at all. The second service I had completed there was getting a couple of gemstones set for earrings. They look great and I am so pleased with the service and results at Walden Jewelers. And, the staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly!

Great experience, went into store for first time to buy an engagement ring and was instantly assisted with finding a ring that matched the style and budget I had. The lady who helped me (Kelly) , was very friendly, knowledgeable, proactive, and helpful in picking an appropriate ring. The ring was set and finished in a timely manner and they have payment options even though I chose to buy mine outright! Overall honest and good business and would recommend to anyone. BTW the ring in the photo is NOT the one I selected but a very beautiful piece I looked at to show an example!

They did a great job resizing my ring and polishing my husband’s ring. They have a nice selection of jewelry and were prompt and courteous. It only took 1.5 hours, which was pretty quick and we appreciated it as we were going on a trip the following day.

Picked up my ring, which had to be repaired after being serviced at their place. It had polishing paste all down inside it. They claimed it was soldering from where it was originally made 39 years ago... it has had no soldering work since then. I brought it back to my place, put it in an ultra sonic cleaner, and used a brush.... It's funny how it all came out. Wish they would not get defensive and would just do a great job. Hate that they don't see the value in all costumers.

The people at Walden Jewelers are amazing. This review will never do justice to how I feel about my experience with the team there. I would recommend anyone who wants to be treated with respect and care while looking for Jewelry go to Walden. My wife passed away a little while back, and I took our rings to Walden. I asked them if they could create one ring out of the three and what they created was incredible!!!! The care they took with my rings and the heart they put into it cannot be described. So again if you want to meet amazing people and get great quality jewelry go to Walden's you will not be disappointed
