Exceptional service! From beginning to the end of our purchase we had the best experience. All employees were so polite and our salesman, Carson, was awesome. We inquired about what we were looking for and he found it and had it brought to their Valley in Wellington the next day!! That's service!! They even kept our grandson busy with little matchbox cars for him to play with! We love our Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland!! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle and will recommend them to everyone!!

5 Star service from everyone we came in contact with at Valley Chevrolet. Our Salesman, Levi, was extremely patient, answered any questions we had. When we purchased our 2022 Chevrolet 1500 he took the time to show us all the bells and whistles on the truck along with getting our devices connected to the technology. We didn’t feel any high pressure sales tactics. The Finance Manager, Dave, had all the paperwork ready, and I have to say, this was the fastest we have ever closed on a vehicle. We didn’t spend hours in the dealership haggling because they gave us an amazing deal from the start. He didn’t try to upsell us on items we didn’t want. They also gave us an excellent deal on our trade-in. While I was in the showroom I learned that they are A Verified Pre-Owned Vehicle Dealer, Commercial Dealer, Corvette Dealer, and Electric Vehicle Certified Dealer. They have a Parts & Service Department and offer Rentals & Leasing. You can tell that General Manager, Matt, is committed to making sure everyones experience with Valley Chevrolet is a positive one. I bought vehicle from them about 2 months ago and Dave tell me different interest rate then said bank refuse to give me loan the. He financed from different bank I have paid off my vehicle and my registration is expired I am still paying for car insurance but I still don’t have documents to register my vehicle I send so many messages and call to Dave he never reply this place is horrible I will never buy anything from them and recommend all not to shop from there
