I met with Rudy to repair my Bissell carpet cleaner and he fixed it up in a matter of days! He even taught me exactly how to use it (it has a ton of functions and usage tricks I had no idea about) and how to prevent future damage. I was very impressed with his friendliness and the care he took to repair my vacuum. Best of all, he gave me a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this place for all your vacuum needs.

Rudy is a miracle worker!!❤️ Took in my 47-year old Hoover upright 3 days ago. It's a brand new vacuum!! He repaired, replaced and generally have it a total overhaul. It looks brand new and works like it hasn't in years!!! Thank you, Rudy!!! ❤️❤️

I first found out about this store while searching for a local vacuum cleaner store for my job. We needed two commercial grade vacuum cleaners for our two buildings we maintain. I spoke on the phone with Rudy who was very helpful and friendly. I purchased one unit they had in stock and ordered a second which I just picked up today. We used to have our vacuum serviced at the Oreck stores until they went out of business. This store provided us with excellent service, reasonable prices and he even took the time to show my wife how to correctly put the bag in, which Oreck never did. The service all brands and have parts and bags as well. I recommend them highly.

Our vacuum's roller stopped spinning and I wanted to save this appliance instead of getting a new one. I found Vacuum Experts online and went with them because of their very good online reviews. Vacuum is fixed! Rudy, the owner, was professional and reasonably priced and quick. He also explained his fix to me (a burned out switch component) . It may seem silly, but i feel better fixing this appliance instead of putting it in the trash for a new one. Rudy told me he's been doing this work for 30 years. If you want to support a good small business then Rudy is your vacuum guy 🙂
