The most unprofessional doctor l’ve ever witnessed. I went in with my partner who has been experiencing pain for about a month. Doctor Jain came in and did a very brief examination and stated that he was “fine” and that “he does not know where the pain is coming from.” He failed to investigate further into the cause and seemingly gave up without a care. He was dismissive when we asked him questions, he was not empathetic towards my partner or myself, and he did not conclude any long-term cure or preventions. He simply dismissed us and went onto the next client. I’m beyond shocked at the whole process we waited a month for. I believe a doctor should want to investigate medical mysteries so as to help cure the patient. Doctor Jain failed to provide sufficient medical care aside from a short-term Torodol prescription that could lead to other medical issues long-term. I can go on about this experience, but that is the gist. Extremely discouraging. Currently seeking medical care elsewhere.

Dr Umesh is the best urologist in Toronto. He has provided the best and excellent care to me. I have been to number of doctors before but Dr Jain diagnosed my problem and fixed it. He has given me second life. I wish him all the best

Dr. Jain is incredibly unprofessional. Ignores patients severe symptoms post operation, hangs up during phone appointments and has the audacity to tell his patient to “stop calling” him (when describing severe symptoms) absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend!!! Have ended up in hospital numerous amounts of times since he treated me.
