Pennsylvania hates pro se litigants and judges have free reign to steamroll right over them. The Rules of court are meaningless if nobody follows them. Meanwhile, the rules committees really need to take into account the growing number of pro se litigants in the most litigious state with the highest per capita rate of incarceration. Law is not rocket science but there is so much room and tolerance for unethical behavior in the profession that there is no such thing as "due process" in Pa.

There is really no point to have a Pa. Supreme Court or disciplinary board. This state is run by Lackawanna County thru Bob Casey and Joe Biden. It’s a free for all. They run loose, and rape, pillage, and steal. When they get caught engaging in fraud, false claims acts, and RICO. crimes, the state and boards then uplifts them, and promotes them via social media. They are thriving, and continued to actively practice law, instead of being reprimanded, prosecuted, or put in federal prison. This state and country are an embarrassment and a laughing stock.

I have evidence that Marlon Osbourne manipulated the autopsy report of Ellen Greenberg and Kirby. Anna M. Ciardi and Zisk are obstructing justice in hundreds of public corruption cases and the public is asking for Chief Justice Debra Todd’s help. Thousands of complaints to the disciplinary board are being thrown out by Ciardi without investigation.

They only get one star because there is no no stars. Wouldn't know Pennsylvania Constitution if it hit them in the face in particular Article VII regarding election procedures nor do they have any concept of the Rules of Administrative Procedure. Thanks to them we no longer get results of elections quickly and efficiently because of their wisdom to exclude public comment when they make up election rules that violate separation of powers . Their arrogance is eclipsed only by their ignorance of law and their contempt for the public in favor of their political party.

What a circular loop the Discipline Board, Rules of Conduct and Ethics determined solely and finally by the PA Supreme Court.
Here's the route: Individual is harmed by bank. Individual tries to hire lawyer for representation against bank. Lawyer (or their aides) contact bank and give potential clients name to bank (instead of checking their own records for conflict of interest). Bank freezes individual assets within 24 hours of lawyer contact. Individual remains unrepresented (perhaps lawyer has joined banks side?). Contact Court system for guidance - told must name names. Don't want to sue or get people in more trouble, want ethic rules revised. Court does not allow citizens to make suggestions; they rule themselves. Great, you're doing it very poorly.

Thank you for taking steps to ensure everyone can vote and vote safely by mail. The more people that can vote, the more democratic the process. I appreciate your effort in the fight against voter suppression.
