By far worst experience we had. We paid rent on if not before due date. The maintenance is terrible. Always an excuse. Granted they got new washer and dryer after back and forth of how bad things were with electrical (out of date box from the 17s) and the old ones went out. also unless you extremely bug them to get things done it not gonna get done. Work orders said finished and signed off when they weren’t. Not always in the office during hours. They always say “we have over 500 properties” excuses. That’s not good service. We are happy to be out of there. Do not recommend renting. Not the friendliest people when you’re just trying to everything done to move and get full deposit back after you done everything right and taken care of the unit and clean it in better shape than it was when tot moved in. This was a nightmare.

Maria Vega is one in a million. She is a realtor that you want on your side, because she is willing to go the extra mile for you. There aren’t many people out there that treat your interests with as much care as yourself, but Maria is one of those few. She had extraordinary service and went way above and beyond what I was expecting.
