Absolutely, the front desk are not helpful in anyway. I can only find them doing business with the people. They are interested in collecting fines rather than trying to help people rectify their wrong doings or mistakes.
I wasn't even allowed to talk to their supervisor nor even helped me to shedule a meeting with the honourable judge. They only accept wet signature in the world of artificial intelligence. Being an out of state person it's so hard to deal with them. Seems like they don't want people to follow the rules because they lose money and will have no work if they do.

Found me guilty of running a red light for crossing the line 0.2s after the light turned red. These greedy bureaucracies just want easy traffic money while ignoring real crime like smash&grabs and robberies

Gave them a call about a ticket I supposedly received a few months back for not having a front license plate. The woman I spoke to on the phone could not have sounded more irritated with her job and I completely understand it’s not that appealing to have her job however her literal job is to help people with these issues. All I was trying to do was understand the situation better and get more information. Wouldn’t the city wanna have good people to help them get their money

Are y'all hiring for the traffic court reception or something. Y'all need o make these lines move a little faster and stop stressing your 3 employees working the same Windows. Terrible service downstairs. Judge Hoffhaven? She was awesome court room 603 at 9 on August 9th. Probably need to follow her work ethic. She knows what she's doing and she's a great judge. For everyone downstairs working these clerk Windows. Terrible customer service, slow rude and not very knowledgable. Screw your slow court system. YOU type of slow working people are what's wrong with America.
