Worst experience ever, and because of that it will always be memorable for all the wrong reasons. Do yourself a favor and go with another realtor. Definitely not Subdoh Sharma. This is a honest review, and not one that was forced.

We have been searching for a property that best suited our growing family’s requirements. I have come to know about several real estate agents through the friends and other references. In my opinion, I would absolutely rate Skill Realty in the top on that list. Once, we found Skill Realty it sent us listings that were perfectly tailored to our needs.
The expertise knowledge of Subodh Sharma related to that field was evident from our first meeting. Hence, the process of finding a place was really convenient and painless.  Finally, we were able to find a great property as we expected. Skill Realty was extremely present and highly assisted us in showung the property, and they had answered any questions that we had and eventually closing on the property. We were amazed at how seamless the process went thanks to Subodh Sharma and her team's  professionalism and expertise. She kept us very informed throughout every stage of our search. She was always available to respond to any inquiries that we had as well as provided necessary clarification on any information that was unclear, which is important when we intend to invest our hardly earned income on a property.
Therefore, I would highly recommend Skill Realty as it attentive to individual needs, takes the time to understand what we are looking for, extremely professional and very approachable. What made the process even more pleasant was that it felt as though Subodh Sharma was always advocating for us, providing sound advice and information but at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. Please kindly confirm the things they say, because they even don’t mean the written words too.
Got an intern/co-op of an IT/Developer but they’re expecting me to do clerk work like data entry, report filings. Left within a week so you can understand the situation, so please be aware. Specially for students.
