INCREDIBLE SERVICE: (someone please give Alex Garrison a raise)

My husband and I bought a 1950’s fixer upper duplex with wild, old, cast iron pipes. Usually we are pretty handy but our toilet was backing up into the tub and we could not figure out what the heck was wrong with it. Alex came to assess what was going on. He showed up around 11:30 and did not leave until 7:00 PM. This man snaked our stupid pipes for HOURS with no complaints and would not leave until the job was done. Due to our plumbing being a piece of work (despite his expertise) it ended up being a two day job. Alex helped us schedule our next appointment and took ownership for personally wanting to make sure that he fixed our pipes since he knew what was going on.

I work in customer service as a manager and let me tell you, I would sell my left kidney to hire Alex and have him on my team. He was polite, professional, honest, and one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. I had to tell him it wasn’t necessary to clean up after himself but he had gotten on his hands and knees to clean my floor and make sure everything was tidy. I was also at home by myself for the day and felt so comfortable with him in my home. Five stars, best plumber ever. Service Experts has our business!
