A total fraudster, and this time he has defrauded a person who knows how the course of law can provide justice. This is Canada, a nation of law.

I had given him enough time to refund $20,000 that he had taken from me for LMIA approved work permit for my relative, and of course he could not deliver upon his promise.

I had given him several opportunities to refund, but he could not meet any date that he himself provided. His excuse, he was suffering from Covid-19, almost laughable.

Let law take its course now.

I'm now taking legal steps, and my learned lawyer is working on this case, but I wished to inform the world of his true nature.

STAY away from this business. I'll keep everyone update about the outcome.

Wish I could give negative rating or zero rating. This man Sumit Sen is a con-artist. A perfect scammer who plays with people's money and emotions. STAY AWAY from Sen Immigration. Do your research before contacting this conman. It's been 4 years and yet no proper response on our elderly parents' applications. Been taking money and was responsive when wanted money but then disappeared, at times on cruise visiting India, Dubai and other countries but whenever we desperately needed a response, he just vanished. Anna (who is believed to be his wife, plays the role of his assistant, might be using a fake name as she has a very strong Indian accent) does the good-cop-bad-cop for Sumit Sen. Look up his business, he has been scamming students as well. He has been avoiding accountability for way too long. This con artist Sumit Sen does not care about vulnerable people. Whenever we wanted an answer, he made excuses, when we put pressure, he threatened us to go away. Till date, hasn't provided us with a proper application number. He has to be held accountable, and in this regard we are lodging a formal complaint. Sumit Sen charged us more than $13000 and scammed us. We will make sure his scamming-company shuts down for good.

Sumit Sen and his Wife both are FRAUDS BE CAREFUL ! BOTH FRUADS MADE MONEY CHEATING PEOPLE. Sumit Sen is under qualified illiterate fool and is a SCAMMER , there’s already a police complaint against him in Dubai ! Sumit Sen is a BONAFIDE FRAUDSTER N SCAMMER !
ALL THE MONEY HE HAS CHEATED FROM PEOPLE HIS CHILDREN WILL PAY ONE DAY IN SOME FORM OR THE OTHER. SUMIT SEN IS A SCUMBAG AND HIS CHILDREN SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Stay as far away as possible. This guy and his assistant are both pathological liars and fraudsters. Sumit has open arrest warrant in criminal cases in Dubai. These guys are career criminals!
