This agency needs to be open during regular working hours, 8-5 Monday thru Friday. That's normal business hours for people who work and pay your salaries.
Covid is over for every other business.
Who gets to go to lunch and return the following day? Only government employees.
Return to work and have all agencies open for business during business hours.
If you are reading this please make a complaint.

Honestly, just vary helpful and professional all around, from the security to the windows and self help center. Their hours are a bit funky and they dont always answer but they have always gotten me the information and documents I needed every time.

Keeps hanging up the phone and says call during business hours and Its 10 am and they say call back during business hours, really sucks when your trying to get your life together and the court house house automated answer machines like yea we really needed to talk to a robot zero stars hands down this sucks now I got to drive there from 3 hours away thanks a lot.

They send a small postcard to me , asking me to Report for Jury duty. Please send a larger postcard.

There is free parking on 842 Palm Street building. It is metered but if you go into room 224 of 1050 Monterey Street they will give you a validation code to make the parking free.

I suggest you go in there to room 224 and go straight to the front desk and tell them that you moved and you got the jury notice late. Give them your new address and ask them what you should do next.

Horrible horrible service…not only was I not ever informed with any information upfront, my case was completely out of order, but during my hearing the judge used evidence from the other party that wasn’t given to me in time for the court hearing. Then my request was denied before the second court hearing that the judge said he put into motion. I was then told even though they didn’t submit the paperwork in time for me to be served I’d have to go back and start the case over and bring these discrepancies up in that hearing. I will never go to this court house for anything ever again.

So sloppy no one cares about the well being of the people who are fighting for another chance. I had to call for a week to get info on community service and they still barely provide any help makes me scared to live here . Seriously need to step it up for being a justice system very very poor.

Traffic department representative Mary talked over me the whole time on the phone and wouldn’t let me explain my question. She answered with full frustration and anger from the very start of the call and wouldn’t listen to me. She hung up on me mid-question so I called again and got her. She continued to not provide the information I needed regarding a court date and blamed me for “being impatient” when I was telling her over and over again, I was not concerned about response time and fully understood that the process takes a while. All I wanted to know so if I need to appear in court on the date on the ticket or on the date on the letter the court sent me. That simple. And she still wouldn’t tell me. She was incredibly hard to deal with. Felt like talking to a brick wall. I’ve got no straight answers and nowhere else to go to figure it out. If I miss my appearance date, it’s on her. Wildly unprofessional. I’ve had fantastic, straightforward, productive experiences with other representatives here, so I feel bad giving it 1 star, but I wanted to express the severity of how bad Mary’s service was
