Called him on a Saturday morning for 2 cords of wood and he delivered the same day and I’m very happy with the quality of the hardwoods. The wood is seasoned and all consistent in length.
Many people also swear by the wood pellets and I have a wood pellet stove I haven’t tried the pellets yet but Annachar will be the next large purchase of pellets when I do make a purchase.

New owner is unresponsive and unaware. I've had 4 conversations, along with more voicemails/texts, over the course of the last month+, and I still don't have my pallets. He continues to say he'll deliver “next week”, and I keep asking for a heads-up. Crickets.

The previous owner, Mark, has been supplying (6-10 tons) for our home every season. Always on time, without the need to battle for a delivery. This new owner just doesn't seem to care, and is a horrible communicator. - Reaching out to other pellet suppliers, I hear other customers are having the same problems I am with Annachar.

I'd highly recommend searching for other suppliers that have more years of experience, professionalism, and bandwidth under their belts. I hope this new owner can improve things in the future.

If your looking for pellets and fire wood these are the guys to use. Best pricing around, very responsive and very helpful. Great guys top tier service. Couldn't ask for anything more. Definitely will be a returning customer

The new owner Christian is a pleasure to deal with. Seems very motivated to grow this business and stock all different kinds of pellets to satisfy all customers. His prices are great and he's definitely my go to for pellets from now on.

I wish I could have gave him a 5 star rating but because he doesn't respond to messages and call back I have no choice but to give one star I ordered 8 tons he deleted 3 and I never received a reply when he was coming to deliver the rest of my order not a good way to run a business! I wouldn't buy anything from him again!!
