Took my son here for braces almost a year ago and they are fantastic! Always gets him in right away and talks to him about everything. Real professional! When one of his brackets broke, they got him in the same day. They have truly brought my sons smile back more and more and I can't wait to see the finished result for him. They answer all questions honestly. They work with you on payments. Just an awesome place and staff!!

I had a lot of great experiences with this place, each time that I go here for an appointment I never have to wait for than 5 minutes. And each time that I come here I'm always out within 10-15 minutes. The staff here provided me with tips about how to take care of my braces and everything. The staff always make sure everything is to the liking of the people here. I would recommend this place to people who are going to get their braces in the future.10/10

Great experience and customer service from this location. The receptionist whom i can't remember the name of was very professional and helpful. Dr. Inna, the doctor who helped me with my braces was very welcoming and reassuring. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place.

Didn't like service!!! We never saw the doctor and there is NO COMMUNICATION at all with the adult that paid for the services done only with the patient (makes no sense). Good luck!!

I did email the “office manager” which I never received any response!!! One week later I decided to call the office and she was of no help either, so like I said; “GOOD LUCK” I suggest you look elsewhere!

Very judgemental people. Got braces on a few years back and they humiliated me and made me never want to come back. Still have these braces on because I’m getting charged to get them taken off at another location. I don’t live anywhere near this location no more. They like to delete old reviews. At the end of the day they only care about the reviews. Begged me to take my review down when I first got my braces put on. Went to a dentist after and they told me the braces were damaging my teeth and were sloppily put on. Wouldn’t reccomend them to anyone honestly

This place has a huge issue with TIME MANAGEMENT!!!!

Front desk woman are rude. I was speaking to the office manager lady due to our appointment scheduled for 10am and at 11 am we were still waiting and no one is telling us what’s going on.
So when at 11am I finally went to check why are we still waiting, and talking to the office manager, at the same time another front desk woman was mumbling in Spanish to the her about us. How rude and unprofessional!!! Long wait time until we were taken. Ugh. Sad.
The Ukrainian orthodontist woman had no personality.
Don’t waste your time and money at this place. If they don’t respect your time don’t give them your $$$
The office has issues in speaking and writing in English.
