I find that they are alot more open minded about possibilities and are alot more encouraging. I had similar negative experiences with other firms telling me my family's case was very difficult. Most people will tell you to do the process yourself because its easy, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. If you want this done right the first time, you need someone that knows the process very well on your side. Making a mistake (any little mistake) during the immigration process could set you back months if not longer. I had a different lawyer when I started the immigration process, but they ended up causing me a lot of problems getting into the country. Orange LLP fixed that quickly by getting me permission to stay in the country as a visitor until my immigration was finished. They were knowledgeable, always quick to respond to questions (I had many), and they made the whole process very painless. I couldn't be happier that I chose Orange LLP to represent me. I went there end of last year to apply for my parents Super Visas. They were busy in the office, but when I talked with the lawyer (Mr Matthew) he listen to everything I said and took time. After we started, everything was reviewed quickly and sent. My parents got it and I was happy.

One of my friend's went there and she said document prep was a bit slow, but she also got the visa so we can't complain. Price for both of us was good too.
