I called this Mclaren dealer yesterday morning to ask about a lease deal they advertised for a New Artura. I spoke to a man name Matthew and let me tell you how amazing professional knowledgeable he was. I was truly mind blown of how good he is. The level of customer service and knowledge Matt has it is truly unbelievable. The lease deal was real I applied online he made it easy, and 2 hours later I got approved and I drove there 3 hours later picked up the car and it was the best supercar buying experience I ever had.

Every time I go to Mclaren of Newport Beach, I have a great time. The employees there are awesome and take the time to talk to us even though it is evident we are not there to buy, just to look around. I've seen a Mclaren P1, Mclaren P1 GTR, Mclaren Senna, and a Pagani Huayra Roadster at this dealership alone in the past 3-4 months. Their inventory is always changing so every time I go, I always see new cars. I really do enjoy myself every time I go there and want to thank all the employees for having great customer service with us even though we are not looking to buy any supecars/hypercars.

Jonah in the parts department is the guy you want to talk to. Whenever I'm working on an exotic and need parts, he's able to order the correct items on top of giving me guidance on how to properly install everything. It's the extra effort that shows he cares about my clients as much as his own that makes me want to keep ordering parts from this location. If you call these guys, make sure you ask for Jonah!

We brought in the MC Laren to have the windshield replace, because I thought there's a crack. They said they replaced and charged us $5,200. I checked and the crack is still there. After all of that, they told us it was an antenna, not the crack. So why are you replacing it without a crack. What a ripoff? I wonder did they really replace it or not? Don’t a good Technician should check the windshield if for any crack before replacing it?

I would have given this place a 5 star, until guys walked into the show room and the dealer walked away. I was ready to pay $500k cash deal but I get it the guys who bought nothing were more enticing. I asked my broker to get one not from this dealer and he found one more rare than the one I was ready to buy. To the sales guy who only thinks guys buy guess what…commission lost better luck next time
