"Je ne peux pas dire assez de choses sur le personnel de l'emplacement Mayfair Place. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un gentilhomme très poli qui s'occupe du stationnement. Si les premières impressions sont importantes. vous avez la personne idéale en place. Ensuite, j'ai été dirigé vers la médecine nucléaire où l'équipe était pleine de sourires, très agréable et heureuse, puis j'ai continué vers le scanner CT où j'ai rempli mes formulaires et j'ai attendu dans une salle d'attente très confortable pour mes tests. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Mayfair Place location. First, I was greeted by a very polite gentleman who looks after the parking. If first impressions are important…you have the perfect person in place. Off to nuclear medicine where the team was full of smiles, very pleasant and happy, then I made my way to CT scan where I filled out my forms and relaxed in a very comfortable waiting area for my tests.
Well done to the remarkable team at Mayfair Diagnostics, Mayfair Place location. Thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable.

I had an MRI done recently, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was feeling very nervous, but Pairyn and Kirsten were incredible. They stood by my side the whole time, reassured me, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their kindness, patience and professionalism really made a difference. I can’t recommend this place enough – it was hands down the best experience I've ever had. Thank you again, ladies!

Was in and out very quickly, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free coffee was a nice touch as I was still waking up when I arrived. Reasonable prices for a private MRI. I was home half an hour after my scheduled time. Start to finish everyone was super nice and explained everything. Also free parking! Will admit the location is slightly awkward but that's very minor.

I had an appointment for an ultrasound and the staff are so polite and welcoming. I saw the ladies at the reception help people walking in for an X-ray find alternative Mayfair sites with less wait time. Would definitely recommend. Parking was plentiful but I can see it being hard to find parking at some times of the day but I did not have an issue.

Location was easy to find. Environment was comfortable. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & caring. The whole process was easy. I would highly recommend this place. Hopefully in the future I am able to have my appointments booked there. We'll done ✔️

My Husband has been going to this Clinic and Mahogony for ten years. The staff are Awesome and very caring. We would not have coped if the pain had not been under control. The Drs and Staff doing the facet joint injections into his Spine are Wonderful. They explain each step and give my Husband some quality time .

Highly recommended. My mammogram and ultrasound scans were done by the technicians, Jessica and Miranda respectively. Both were very professional and could explain all steps very well. Their kind words managed to make me feel relaxed and calm. All done promptly and within the expected time. Thank you very much. I will come back in the future.

Terrible service. On hold forever multiple times. Got cut off. And then the person could not even figure out what to book me for and asked questions I would have no way of knowing about my annual mammogram requisition. This has not happened in the past. I am calling my doctor now if I can go elsewhere. Incompetent!
