I was upset not knowing why the tire pressure kept going down. I called Mavis, who said, come in, we will help you. Smooth and fast repair! They fixed the whole and removed the nail from my tire. As a 25 year customer, I trust them completely with my past and present car! Thank you for making me feel confident and worry free when driving!

I visited this Mavis over the weekend. I did a bunch of online research and they had a great tire that matched what I wanted to do. The person who answered the phone was very helpful in making an appointment for me and they even called me back to assure I would arrive in time to get the tire work done.

The tire change went well and I left with a happy car and happy car owner. That by itself would be a great review but after they closed I realized I left my house keys and a spiral notepad in the customer waiting room! The next morning I dropped by and they had it waiting for me behind the counter.

It was a good experience that was made better because I was able to retrieve my important items!

Couldn’t recommend this location enough. I am a local who has three cars in my household, all of which get service by Mavis in Tarrytown. Not only has customer service been great through the years, but the price for service as well.

The new manager recently took care of me, Ricardo. Couldn’t have been a smoother and easy experience. Great communication and service.

I would like to post an update on my review. I had very positive experiences with Cara from Customer Solutions and Jose, the Regional Manager. They were both extremely understanding and helpful and were quick to resolve this issue and help my aunt.
For this reason, I give them both a 5 rating and adjusted the post to a 3 instead of 1. Thank you to Cara and Jose for your exceptional customer service and concern for the customer.
ORIGINAL POST: Just want to make other customers aware of a recent experience at the Tarrytown location. My aunt is an elderly, disabled veteran and she was taken advantage of at this location. She had a minor accident nearby and had to replace two tires. In the process she was told she needed spark plugs and other work or it was very dangerous to drive home over the bridge. Since she was afraid to drive, she spent $1,700. She went to her Jeep dealer the next day because she trusts them and has positive history with them. They looked at her car and pulled out old spark plugs and she learned that they did not replace the spark plugs. There was other work she paid for that also wasn't completed. It is very disturbing that anyone would take advantage of an elderly woman, so just be careful here and I highly recommend a second opinion.

Great experience at this location. The service manager Paulie was and is the most knowledgeable automotive technician I’ve ever spoken with. Explained everything thoroughly and clearly. Also beat all prices from competitors. The store manager Andrew was very helpful and accommodating.
