I have never been more impressed with a company! The technician was incredibly kind and efficient. We have been without heat for 2 weeks and with a major cold front they came within a couple of hours to make sure we were up and running again. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes!!!! I will only be using Locke moving forward and suggest that everyone else do the same. I cannot express how thankful I am for them!!!!!

Luke and Aron came out to my house today to help with my air. In the first 10 minutes they were here they did more than the last company did in 5 visits. They were friendly knowledgeable and very hardworking. Took the time to explain things to me and Luke even let me call my partner so he could explain to him as well in case I forgot anything. I am very happy with the service and professionalism that both of these men had with me and the work that they did. I would highly recommend this company and these two to anyone.

Worst service ever I called to have a simple mini split recharged with refrigerant sent me out a Jr tech By himself to handle my service call. Ended up being a leak in the head unit, which was replaced faster than the tech was able to report back to the shop I gave the guy a tip to give my contractor a couple minutes to switch out the head unit which was already prepared to be switched not only did he take off and didn’t wait, but then never left a receipt or gave me my change from the bill By the time I called the office to let them know. I asked him to wait when I look. He was already gone, and Office told me since he’s a junior tech whatever he explained to them was out of his skill level and they could not do anything until they send a new tech out, which all I need to do exactly what he did when he came out. I don’t understand why a senior would have to do it if you sent him The first time then they told me it was my responsibility to go collect my change at the office And even though I needed it the same service just to recharge on the newly installed unit they refused to schedule tech until two days later which is when, according to them, their senior tech would be available I don’t understand if he was qualified enough the first time why he isn’t the second time when I had the new head unit installed faster than he was to provide me a receipt I’ve also been involved in construction residential for quite some time and I have never seen a company irresponsible enough to send what they call a Jr tech to do service without a senior Technician overlooking his work everybody knows and Residential construction it is necessary to learn the basics first before doing service calls how do you know what situations you may run into out in the field and it takes a senior text with experience Someone with knowledge and experience who has been familiar with the common problems To do service how do you send somebody with barely any experience to handle service calls? Without a senior over watching his work

The Tech guaranteed he’d be back as long as I called the office, which is why I overpaid plus gave him a tip to put some funds towards the final invoice changes

I was in a need of help for my air conditioning. I am part of the evacuation of belleair beach and had no air conditioning. My neighbor was out of air-conditioning as well in Harold Junior Park across the street from me and I said please come to my house after and he was so nice and he helped me he got me up and running and the point I'm trying to make as he didn't have to. I was not on the schedule. Great company Great Guy .
