The apartments are nice but if your trying to get sleep at night forget. You got neighbors blasting music all hours of the night you tell management oh there nothing they can do and the neighbors lie and say they don't blast their music late at at night which they do and they get away with it you got people slamming doors I hate living in apartments unfortunately that's all I can afford atm and If you confront the neighbors about blasting music and ask them to turn it down they get aggressive and in your face I'm glad I'm leaving soon. So if you want to live in a quiet peaceful environment don't live here

Don't move here if you are looking for a quiet place to raise your kid. Over $900/month for Management will let your neighbors blast their music AS loud as they want all day and all night(except between 5am and 3pm,when they sleep&the 5 minutes after the police leave). There is a mouse issue. If you tell them, they will give you traps, though.
There is a roach problem that no amount of cleaning can fix.
This place has made my dream of having my own apartment a sleepless, depressing nightmare that leaves me with worsened anxiety attacks.

When I first moved here it was a great safe and quiet place for my children and I the building I’m in had great neighbors all around. As the years went by the place has gone down hill and I’ve had the worst of luck with my upstairs neighbors, the ones I had almost two years ago were a nightmare which they dictated when I got to sleep and for how long being they stayed up all hours and stomped every time they walked (which was often). The domestic abuse was another level. When they moved it was the best two months I’ve had gotten until my new neighbors moved in. And they aren’t any better they have this thing about walking back and forth all hours of the night stomping no consideration what so ever there is only so much walking that can be down in here.( once again I am woken up by them they are my alarm clock before my actual alarm goes off) not to mention the fighting and abuse I had to hear twice now it’s Ridiculous and scary. I could go on and on but I’m working hard to get us out of this place long overdue.. So if you don’t mind hearing fighting, partying and losing sleep cause apparently trying to talk to your neighbors before complaining does nothing then this is the place for you if not please don’t waste your time it’s definitely not worth it. I have no peace and it really starts to mess with you after awhile. Three stars is being kind cause the office staff will try there best but at the end of the day they don’t live here so it’s not a big deal for them. Sadly this is one of the more affordable places to live but man am I trying to get out of here God willing soon.
