I had a most wonderful experience at Kern County Court. Everyone there was helpful and friendly, smiling and happy. Such a difference to Los Angeles. The facility was immaculately clean and the judge was very speedy and fair. I don't want another ticket but if I get one, I hope and pray it`s in Lamont's area, what a difference it makes, when people are nice !!
P.S. I was astounded to receive my cheque from Kern County Court when my case was dismissed after 5 business days.

I don't recommend you speed in Kern County but I do highly recommend that you visit Lamont and experience a fabulous community. I wish that Kern County ran our State and our Country, what an amazing difference that would make to all of us... #FANTASTIC !

Michael Caves felt like a decent person. He stay by the book & I kinda don't like it... but he heard you out... gave you a choice of his compassion. Being that the book don't care what you pick. You gone pick one of them though. Caves explained & help you understand pros vs cons. That I do like & appreciate. Yall call me Lewis my name is Nephew. I appreciate you today. I didn't get what I was coming for but I got a deal that fit the family finances.

Anytime I have gone to this court for a citation , the ladies at the windows have always been helpful and with a great attitude. They inform me of and in what ways would be best to make payments. I see a lot of these reviews are for over the phone payments, but if you don’t get an answer it’s always best to go in PERSON! Going in person will get you the best results 😉 OR there’s always the online option now :))))

I’ve called to pay my fine for 3 days now. On Hold for “Automated Payment” 2hours 20mins on Tuesday & NO Answer!!! Called back on Wednesday. 1.5 hours waiting for ANYONE to take my payment but NO ANSWER!!! Today I’ve been Waiting 30 Minutes. How do I get ahold of ANYBODY THERE!!! ?

These people deserve no star at all. Why have a phone number that leads to nothing but a machine that tells you their business hours? Its important to have customer service through phone for people who do not live in the county of Kern. They need to implement a new number to help outsiders, like myself, recieve more information on a ticket.

I try to make a payment over the phone because it won't let me make one online and I can't drive to Lamont all the time to pay. They never answer the phone. I call for three days in a row and I never get picked up. It takes like 3 mins to make a payment. I stay on hold for two hours and then it hangs up and I call again. Wish people would do there job or they should have a specific position JUST for phone calls.

i`m from Colombia and had a ticket the 11th of January. since my arrival back to my country i haven`t been able to contact in any way to pay the ticket. ythe page does not work and the phone i have waited for answer and the machine says that wait for a while and they will answer and they don`t. I have lost many calls and money foir these and i need a solution urgently!!!!
