No matter where life takes me Louis will always be my jeweler I had no knowledge of rings when I came in with my great grandmother’s ring that I wanted to recast into an engagement ring for my girlfriend and he spent the time working with me to figure out what she likes and what I wanted to give her and was extremely patient with me as I have never spent more than 10 minutes in my entire life in a jewelry store. I showed him what I wanted and he made a beautiful ring better than I imagined!!!! A prayer answered!!!!

My husband and I are vacationing here in florida and my husband's gold chain broke and we searched and found this place, we dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked it up Thursday morning, knowing that are flight to return home was friday.
Excellent service, repair and prices.

Ken’s Jewelry & Repairs just did an amazing job for me on two bracelets I was left by my mother. I needed them made longer, requiring him to custom make a piece from a mold on one bracelet and add sapphires and diamonds to the other. Both pieces look beautiful. You cannot tell where the addition was, it looks as if it is all original. I am more than pleased with his work and will definitely be back anytime I need any jewelry work done.

If I could give this business no stars I would! I went to Ken’s to go get my daughter’s bracelet engraved gifted by her great grandmother. Since I was coming from far I figured I’d bring a couple of pieces to be repaired. I was told they would be ready in a couple days, I received a text message two days later that my “repairs were ready for pick up”, I show up to Ken’s and only one piece of jewelry was repaired out of the 3 pieces I had brought in to be repaired and my daughter’s bracelet still had no engraving. I then ask the sales women why were the other pieces not repaired which she had no explanation. The guy from the back came to speak to me which then was making all kinds of excuses and instead of apologizing for their mistake he chose to argue with a paying customer. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend Ken’s Jewelry to anyone and to my family members who have purchased in the past I would make sure they never purchase from Ken’s Jewelry ever again.

Luis at Ken’s Jewelry has saved my wedding ring twice! First the band and now replacing the diamond that somehow fell out one day never to be seen again. Now my ring is more beautiful than ever. Everyone at Ken’s is a delight to do business with. Five stars and more hearts!
