Dan Kelley is amazing! I felt a tad uncomfortable when I entered the store, but he whisked that feeling away with his friendly "Hello!". Dan was so very helpful, personable and KIND! He genuinely wanted to find something that I loved. The budget I was working within is not very big and he took his time to show me my options. He educated me about diamond clarity and color. He knew before I did if I didn't like what he pulled out! He worked with my manager to get the piece I was looking at within my budget and was not pushy, even when I told him that I was going to go home to think it over and talk with my husband. He also cleaned my everyday rings free of charge. Thank you, Dan! You are just wonderful!

Decided it was time to make the move on getting engaged to my now fiancée. At the start I was clueless where to start. Decided to go on the IDC website and noticed there was a message here for help pop up. I filled out a few quick contact questions and the following day had a message from Ryan. I sent him over an inspiration photo and he sent over some of the choices they have. Let me tell you they absolutely hit the nail on the head. A few weeks later I came in and was welcomed with a smile and quickly helped. We sat down and went over different choices for the center diamond. We he whole process was very smooth and stress free. The employees there did not pressure me at all in choosing the most expensive diamond but simply explained the differences in them all. Overall was an amazing experience, and would recommend any of my friends and family to IDC Clearwater. Thank you Ryan and other staff for all of the help!

Disappointed! Went in twice, worked with Chris who was fine the first time, a bit off and on the second time, found the perfect band to customize for my fiancé, literally ready to purchase. We were told we’d get a rendering in 3-4 days, had to follow up twice… after 11 days we finally got a rendering and have been ghosted since. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing. I guess they don’t want our money? Don’t waste your time. Now we’re starting from scratch.
