We were then guided from the beginning of our research on the areas to be favored (avoiding flood zones, for example, or favoring certain buildings or neighborhoods because of our location) and obtained daily selections of potential properties. After a day of visits, we made an offer on a new house below the asking price. After a few rounds of negotiation a counter-offer was accepted. Integrity International Brokers worked as the privileged interlocutor with the bank, the title transfer company, and the seller's agent, to manage the inspection of the house, its estimate and all the paperwork to be gathered. The establishment of an effective sales contract from the outset (on their recommendation) allowed us to have our rights respected right up to the end. Professional to the last, they came while we were abroad for a final pre-purchase visit to ensure that nothing was amiss. In conclusion, we enthusiastically recommend Integrity International Brokers for their seriousness and professionalism. There are a lot of complex steps for a French person buying a house in the USA, and it's imperative to be well accompanied to avoid the pitfalls.
