Avoid this place.
Long story short, they messed up with country of birth and IME number on my file and refused to fix it themselves. Instead, they told ME to contact IRCC to get things sorted out.

I ended up taking a new medical exam (paid in full amount again, of course) at a different clinic in downtown which was transmitted to IRCC and approved in a week.

Edit after the clinic’s reply: They made it sound like there is nothing to do with them with the issue. To give you more details, I already had the medical request from IRCC with correct country of birth. However, the clinic created my case as if it is an upfront medical under new IME (not mapped to the IME provided by IRCC) with wrong country of birth. And other reviews below are so true about them not responding to calls & whatsapp messages and being closed on weekdays without any notices. I visited this clinic at least 4 times for this issues and most of the time they were closed.

terrible service, I needed a check urgently, they didn’t answer the phone for a long time, but they answered the phone, they told me to write on WhatsApp, I wrote and they answered the next day, they sent me a check for 200 dollars, although I paid 250. I was told that You need to go to the X-ray department for 50 dollars, but they didn’t give you a number, they just read me and that’s it, but I urgently needed a check for the full amount I'll never come back here again

I had a wonderful experience at this place. Dr. Lianne is the best physician. The medical examination is faster than the given scheduled time frame and I find it little cheaper than other test centers. Definitely, I recommend this place to whoever wants to have their medicals for immigration. Don't forget to carry $50 cash, where we have to pay for scanning.

I visited IMMEDEX for my Immigration Medicals. The whole process was seamless and the instructions were clear. I booked my appointment and filled out a form after I reached there. There were no delays and long wait-times. The whole process got done well within an hour. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

From booking, medical check up to submitting results to IRCC, the entire process has been smooth and highly efficient. The customer service staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Butterfilll is experienced and she kept everything smooth and quick. They have X-rays and blood test in the same building so it could definitely save time on commute. IRCC received the results in just 4 days. Price is fair and transparent. Highly recommend people to go if they need to have IRCC medical exams done.
