I had such an excellent experience picking out and choosing a custom engagement ring from Hayman Jewelry. Not only was I able to see each component of the ring separately and decide what I wanted, but I did so at half the cost of any online jewelry store. I was also able to create a custom payment plan that worked with my pay schedule. All the staff were brilliant to work with and was able to give great suggestions that ended up producing an amazing product. I have told everyone looking for a ring to visit here first because the service is incredible. It beats ordering a ring that you have never seen in person.

Cannot say enough kind words about this business’s craftsmanship. It is by far the most superior jewelry repair place that we have found in the Tampa Bay Area after living here for 23 years, and we have tried several other jewelry places around here through those same years with great disappointment. But not this place! We brought in my son’s very special Italian made 18-kt gold chain in which the lobster clasp had broken. We immediately discussed our concerns & came up with a better, more secure barrel clasp in 14 kt (for added strength) and he got out his catalog to show us the varying diameters so we could match the chain’s thickness perfectly. Which it did! My son was sooooo happy with the final product! And to our surprise, this was ordered, dropped off, AND completed within 5 days!!! And extremely well priced for such a custom repair. We have already recommended this place to our friends! No other place can beat this place on many levels - excellent customer service, superior craftsmanship, in-house repairs, extremely well priced, and speedy turn around. Extremely happy! We will definitely be back!

I have 4 Seiko Flight Master watches (2 of them are known as Flight Computers) and 3 of those watches were in need of some adjustments, cleaning and general TLC. I was thinking about sending the watches to Seiko Headquarters in New Jersey but I was not too keen on the fact of sending my watches all the way to New Jersey and run the risk of losing them during shipping. Also, I wanted to deal with someone face to face in Tampa but I did not know who could service those types of watches and who would do at great job at it. After some advice and digging around, I found this tiny shop in Downtown Tampa and I took the watches there and after some time, all of the watches were returned to me running in perfect, like new condition. The prices were fair. The staff at Hayman Jewelry Co. were very attentive to my needs and I just cannot speak more highly of my experiences on how I was treated as a customer and how my watches were returned to me. If I ever need a watch serviced, I will definitely come back to Hayman Jewelry Co. Thank you!!

Samantha at Hayman Jewelry Company was fantastic to work with! They helped repair a vintage family ring and cleaned other jewelry. They went above and beyond to help me, and stayed in communication while I waited for my jewelry to be finished. I highly recommend using them as your jeweler!

I've gotten many watch batteries replaced here and they are always fast and thorough. Had a missing link on one of my more expensive watches and they matched it perfectly and saved me a good amount of money. Wonderful service. Great selection.
