Had a visit this morning and received excellent care. The receptionist was professional and polite despite it already being busy at opening time. I saw her speak with patients who weren't fluent in English with patience and kindness.

I was sent to wait at the examination room, and the lady doctor who attended to me was so nice, actually seemed to care about my symptoms and asked for clarification where needed. Doc came in soon after and she relayed all the info to him as well. He was also excellent, took me seriously, asked for more information, and ordered blood work.

Unlike some other walk-in experiences, I felt well cared for and didn't feel like they were rushing me out, though they were efficient at the same time. Already recommending this clinic to friends and family!

Reception and pharmacy staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a moderate wait time, and the clinic was clean. The doctor was very sweet and discussed both prescription and holistic care options, which is much appreciated. Overall, it is a great walk-in clinic.

Fantastic doctor, pharmacist and staff. My daughter was in a world of pain with an ear infection and I couldn’t have asked for better care for her. Kindest doctor I’ve ever met and didn’t have to wait very long. Highly recommend (also my kids wanted me to let you all know they got a lollipop afterwards)

The medical service at this clinic is just perfect, the best I have experienced in Canada. Even when busy, I have always been able to see a doctor usually in less than 1 hour!

The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, always listens to my issues and is empathetic.

The follow-up care is excellent; I always receive a call if there's something to discuss after a lab test.

Great bonus is the pharmacy next door, literally get your meds 3 minutes after your visit!
It got the lowest fee I've seen, and the pharmacist and staff are extremely friendly, never rushing through explanations about the medications. They direct bill as well!

There are no stairs or steps so you can easily access the clinic and rooms if wheelchair, crutches or walkers need to be used.

They have the best hand soap I have ever used, seriously it’s moisturizing, and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible.

The wait room is big and rooms are clean and comfortable!

The staff is well organized, kind and knowledgeable. Dr Ishaqzay took the time to listen to me, analyze my concerns and then gave me a direct course of action to take.

Went to get a prescription repeat for a regular medication (non-narcotic) that I have been on for years, because my family doctor gave up her practice . I even had my empty bottle. Was told ‘we won’t do that’….! I couldn’t believe it. What good is a walk in clinic if you can’t even get something as simple as a prescription repeat?!

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, and the assisting doctor, a lady, went above and beyond to assist me. Her kind demeanor and willingness to accommodate my language barrier by providing assistance in Hindi were truly commendable. It was a fast and straightforward experience with this clinic. I visited the clinic during the weekday when it was less busy and I appreciated how fast the process of seeing the doctor to getting my medication was done within an hour. The only downside to this is that if you need to pay with cash if you have no OHIP, so I recommend to call before you visit to get a quotation. Aside from that, it was overall an easy visit to this walk-in clinic. Thank you!
