Be aware that if you are picking up a phone here, there can potentially be a long wait. The lady at the counter informed me that there is a process that they have to follow in processing orders (even tho the people aren't even here to pick up their order). I told that I currently have an hour wait for a walk in pick up order.

Great for Starbuck giftcards and other cards. Quick 15min to scan qr codes and get a prize. Not great for any Samsung experience. The same 6ish people repeat the whole day since the opening of the popup. All the tours are BOOK with the same people as well so if you want to try a tour; you need to wait a few hours for a time slot to be free.

Certain people get special treatment especially pretty females. The short chubby Asian worker just let pretty girls scan the QR code without doing the demos and I saw this several times from my visits. So kind of unfair for other folks. The demos are shorter near closing hours so that a plus. Would I buy the new Samsung phone after this experience? Definitely no.

There is an enormous wait time for ORDER PICK UP.

Even if you have an email confirmation that it is ready for pick up, you are to wait long long time (and you don’t know how long it will take). I’ve been here 40 minutes already and haven’t seen any order Given away. The lady at the counter says that it’s some kind of process that can’t be interrupted and we’re to wait 30 minutes for each device. Unbelievable experience

UPD. It took an hour and a half, but it should have taken 10-15 min max. If you are not ready to give orders away for any reason, do not send customers invitations to come

Since the Meatpacking district store is closed, I naively assumed this location might offer some actual support for Samsung customers. Instead, it’s just a glorified pop-up showroom pushing the shiny new S25. The staff is completely unprepared to address real customer issues—apparently, helping existing clients isn’t part of the Samsung playbook. A total waste of time and a glaring reminder of how little they care once you’ve already bought their product. I quit Apple 3 years ago but maybe I should switch back?

Samsung have this Galaxy Experiences at least once a year in NYC and this is by far the worst one. Horrible staff, horrible ideas. Stupid tour reservations that's full with the same folks. On the weekends; you go to a external store; pickup a raffle ticket to get a second prize.

If you want to to listen to their bad demos to scan a QR code and win prizes(then repeat which is WHAT everybody is doing) then this is the place for you. If you actually want to learn about the phone then you better find another store. These reps only know what they are assign to do at their demo stations and some of them get upset when you question them.

Ridiculous pre order pickup process. In 40 minutes not a single person from the line was processed. They say it's the process they must follow and it takes 30 minutes to register one phone. Sure everybody wanted to spend half of Saturday in line in your store!
