I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes for a state inspection on a weekday.

I just called and did a walk-in and they were able to take me for a state inspection .

The only thing they told me was, they recommended tires to be changed, but still my car passed inspection .

I did not get anything else from them .. It was very simple. Nothing complicated. I just liked it that it was done quickly.

Let me start by saying that this store did not get to work on my alignment (we had bought our lifetime alignment at another store and that store wasn’t good so I was hoping this store could help) the service manager was a fantastic teacher and extremely knowledgeable. Although he was unable to help he spent lots of time explaining. This is the best Firestone we have ever been to. This guy loves his job!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff here. My husband and I were traveling through and our back breaks started acting up. We came in late in the afternoon and Justin and James took such great care of us. This was exemplary service and we are grateful to them for the excellent work they did on our car. They even stayed after hours to ensure the job was done without complaint. 10/10 would recommend stopping here for all your auto needs!

I visited the Durham Firestone for an oil change, which I initially agreed to at a price of $62.98. I also authorized a wheel alignment, which I have a lifetime warranty for, but was told it couldn't be done due to some issue. To my surprise, I was charged $81.96 for the oil change without prior communication regarding an additional part they installed, the 090-049CD Oil Drain Plug. I found this part online for just $4 on Amazon, which makes me feel like I was overcharged without proper transparency.

I specifically did not authorize any other work beyond the oil change and alignment, and the lack of communication about the extra charges left me feeling misled. The experience was frustrating and made me question the value of Firestone as a franchise. After this, I won’t be returning to any Firestone location.

Looks like their new manager, Justin has straightened things out. Appointments look staggered with more time for techs to do a thorough job . Made an appointment 5 days in advance for wheel alignment, oil change and state inspection. Tech was competent. Service done earlier than expected. No oversell on a 05
Caravan SE with 2.4. ( Plenty of room in
engine compartment). Will be back.

I was stranded on the highway and desperately needed a new tire to get back home. Every tire/auto shop was closed and it was looking like I was going to be stranded for a while. Luckily God blessed me with two angles in disguise. Michael and Will (the technician) from Firestone were the only people willing to help me when no one else would. They were willing to stay a little after close just to help me out. It’s one thing when you’re good at your job, but being a helpful and genuine person while being hard at work is very admirable. A simple review doesn’t do any justice to how appreciative I am of these 2 guys and the Firestone company. Shoutout to Michael and Will!!
