I purchased a vehicle as is last week, and upon an inspection of the car everything looked good. The test drive went well, and so I purchased the vehicle. Note that Jim, the owner, informed me that there was a code for a misfire, which was no problem. He also told me in writing that the "car runs and drives great". When I got home with the car I realized the coolant level was considerably lower than when I left the lot. I live about an hour away from Expert Sales. I went to get a diagnosis, and it turns out the head gasket is bad. Milkshake oil on the filler cap, burning coolant, smelling coolant. If they drove the car for longer than 15 minutes and inspected it at all they would have noticed the problem. Wether it was negligence or deceit, I cannot recommend Expert Auto sales, because neither are excusable from anyone selling vehicles. So now I'm looking after at least $1500-3000 in repairs after purchasing a car that supposedly runs and drives great. A third of their reviews are one star, which is not a great customer satisfaction rate. Should Expert Auto cover repair cost or take the car back and reimburse me for the down payment, I would be willing to amend this review.

I waited a year to post my experience. And in the end it was good one. Yea I had to fix a few things on the truck I bought. But I was buying a work truck it was 20 years old I expected to fix a few things. I had a great experience buying a vehicle here I'm actually looking to buy another truck/SUV soon. Thank you Jim!

Zero stars. Initially Jim was fine to work with. We purchased a Ford Explorer from him but prior to buying it we asked about some sensor codes showing up on the dash and he expressed that he would help us out with fixing whatever the issue was if we purchased. So we did. We then took the vehicle to a Ford dealership and we’re told it would be $6000 to fix the sensor issue. Jim said his mechanic could work on it and so they did. The codes disappeared temporarily then came back. Shortly thereafter, my partner was driving the Ford and heard a grinding noise and the car started slowing down. We informed Jim of this safety issue and he told us to bring the Ford back and his mechanic would look at it. They claimed to have found nothing wrong. I said we weren’t comfortable keeping the car if it’s posing these issues and Jim refused to take the vehicle back. Now, here we are 6 months later and having spent almost $4000 fixing the Ford. And costs are still accruing as more issue keep popping up. $4000 is almost 40% of what we paid for the vehicle, so we are done. Anyone purchasing from this company or thinking of doing it should run. Do not purchase any vehicle from this company without first taking it to a dealership or some certified mechanic that will provide you a detailed report of anything wrong with the vehicle and estimated cost of fixing it. Had we known all these issues and the costs, I would never have agreed to buying it. It’s absolutely ridiculous for me to buy a vehicle and within 6 months have expended almost 40% of that vehicles purchase price on mechanical work. I will never ever purchase a vehicle from this company nor recommend anyone, no matter how desperate, to buy anything here.

Zero stars. Scam artist. He didn't own the car he was trying to sell me and neglected to disclose that FACT. He also would have let me drive 4 hours only to tell me he couldn't sell me the car if my credit union had not saved me. My credit union refused to do the loan because he refused to buy the car and get the title. He was attempting to use the credit union funds and buy the car and push delivery out 1-2 weeks. When he found out the credit union wouldn't do the loan he wanted to back out of the agreed upon delivery date and blame ME. He never ONCE disclosed he couldn't deliver the car until well after he conveniently pocketed my $500 deposit. He disputed everything I said because he's a cheat and a liar. I requested he return my funds numerous times because he chose to be dishonest and back out of the deal. He simply ignored my requests and elected to keep my money he was not entitled to, as he had no intention of delivering the car. If you CHOOSE to do business with this person it's your fault because you have been warned he will steal your money and WON'T think twice. Completely unethical and dishonest person and company . Don't walk away, RUN and as fast as you can. This dealer has not heard the end of me. I will fight for consumer protection from fraudulent dealers attempting to scam consumers.

I just bought a 2016 Cadillac from Jim yesterday the car runs beautiful .. this is the second vehicle I've bought from Jim the other one I got was a 2014 BMW 5 series have had nothing but good luck with that car.
A big thanks to Jim for the great cars .

Had a great experience at this dealership. They accommodated me when I needed to have the car held there for 3 weeks. Very helpful and professional they gave me the option of sending a PPI and mechanic to check out the car. Loved the experience!
