John, our technician for the project, was courteous and professional while in our home. He worked efficiently to complete the repair in a timely manner. There were parts that had to be ordered and that was also completed by office staff effectively. Communications for scheduling (multiple trips) was very easy and they worked around our schedule to get this task completed. We were pleased with the overall service. I would recommend this service to anyone needing it.

What a wonderful experience! To begin, the woman who schedules the appointments was so kind. She could hear the panic in my voice of not having my appliance for the upcoming holiday and she was able to make it happen. I cannot thank her enough!
The repairman was equally great. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and when it could be fixed. He also gave me options to think about. I have found my new repair company!

I would highly recommend Expert Home Service for all your home appliances. They came out today to look at my washer, and after a thorough inspection, they were upfront and honest with me, and after going over all the repairs it would need to fix the issue, we came to the conclusion it would be sensible to replace it instead of wasting money on repairs. John was so friendly and really took the time to explain everything in detail, along with making great recommendations on brands and models to help make purchasing the right product easier for me. I really, truly appreciated his honesty and could tell from the initial call to schedule my appointment and speaking with the lovely front office person they had my best interest!

The service technician, John M. Was great. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and going to do. He worked so hard trying to fix my refrigerator even coming back 5 times putting different parts on. However nothing worked. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks, John.

Technicians and company/office staff are always great! I would have left 5 stars, but I called right when technician left because I had a question so the office was going to reach out to the tech and get back to me. They never did, then I tried calling again left message at 430pm, but still didn't receive a call back. It was a pertinent question pertaining to if I could run the AC or not regarding what they did and what I was questioning. So really would have liked to know asap. Fortunately another AC company was next door so I went and asked that technician.

Outstanding from start to finish!
Adriana (SP?) was great when I called in the morning, got everything set up for me with same day service call.
Automated tracker showed me a photo of the technician (John) and his vehicle and license number, updated his route
live time to my residence.
John assessed the problem, made the repair to my LG Dishwasher, cleaned up and was finished in less than 20 minutes!!!
I was going to take care of the repair myself, but decided to let a certified technician do it. Price was absolutely fair!!

I'll use Expert Home Service for everything!!!
