Amazing service, quality work, fair prices. Serviced my old Taurus for a near entire AC replacement. Blake was very helpful, honest and direct throughout the entire process of inspecting , quoting, setting up financing, and completing the repair. I went to another shop for a quote previously and in comparison, the inspection here was much shorter and Blake was quick to prepare a much more detailed breakdown of everything the car needed along with a fair quote. He was also very helpful in describing the process of the repair including some other work with the car’s coolant system which was also necessary, along with explaining why and what it added to the repairs. While doing this, it was evident that he never tried to upsell extra/unrelated work, kept everything clear and well documented, and uniquely respected my vehicle and the work requested unlike other shops I’ve visited. He also claimed that the work (an entire AC system replacement + evac/freon fill + coolant flush & other repairs) could be done by the very next day. While I was skeptical, especially compared to other shops that couldn’t diagnose my car on the same day, I was very pleased to find that all the work was completed as promised, on time. The AC is perfectly ice cold as Blake mentioned, and the car runs great with fresh coolant and many other new parts. The extensive warranty was also a welcome surprise. For all of this, I was able to send my car in and out within a total of only 2 days. I enjoy working on my own cars for smaller repairs, but the staff, quality, & environment here have me considering more visits already. Very impressed.

I moved to the area recently and have been looking for a new auto shop. I found it with Expert Car Care. I needed my spark plugs replaced and a new headlight bulb and I was very happy with the quality of work. They were great from the moment I made the phone call until the work was completed. Blake was the one who helped me and he was excellent. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable and a good value. I will definitely be coming back.

I have a 2012 VW beetle where the Lock on the trunk was not latching! In a whirlwind I took it there within an hour of them closing and Manuel, Josh, and Blake were able to look at it and provide a far better rate than the 900 dollars VW wanted to me to pay to replace it! Thank you Team!!

Blake and his crew at Expert Car Care are the absolute best mechanic shop I have ever been to in all of my travels across the world. We were in a very stressful situation and they not only helped us, calmed is , but treated us like we were special. There waiting area is filled with coffee, cookies, water and airconditioning.
Their love for each other and their customers is second to none.
I recommend them to anyone.

Great service! Great staff! These guys were really helpful. I went to 4 other tire service centers including Tesla to have the simple nail removed and patched on my sound proof, foam filled Tires and the first 3 companies said "No" Then Tesla wanted me to spend $450 to replace the tire! Thankfully I found Expert Car Care and they were able to take care of th leak for me. They even had my car fully charged on their Telsa charger when I went to pick it up. The car was ready in about an hour and I was back on the road safely. Highly recommended and will be returning there in the future.
