Omar arrived right on time. He was friendly, capable, and professional from start to finish. My wife and I had 2 concerns. The turntable on our microwave had stopped rotating--and our washing machine was emitting bad smells.

Omar quickly diagnosed the microwave issue: a broken turntable motor. He had the replacement part on his truck--which he installed and tested to make sure that the microwave was rotating and heating evenly. It is now working like new.

After inspecting the washing machine, Omar gave us a clear & simple tutorial on cleaning our washing machine including the detergent drawer, drain filter, drum, gasket, plus recommended cleaning products. It was excellent. Before Omar left, we mentioned that our electric oven was heating up 10 degrees less than the set temperature. He showed us how to the use the control panel to make a single, one-time adjustment for this.

In short, we got a lot more than we asked for. Omar is a skilled appliance technician and a fantastic teacher. We give him our highest recommendation.

Omar was excellent. He arrived on time (actually, earlier than expected) and he was fast an efficient. Even showed me a few tricks on the dryer that I didn't know. He came to service it cause it wasn't drying properly. Now its like new again. I would recommend him to anyone.

This appliance company is amazing. They worked on both of our refrigerators and one of them had a part that was hard to get but Omar didn’t give up. It took him 3x and a trip to our house to get a better look at the part. Thankfully he didn’t give up and we now have two working refrigerators. I would use Omar for all of our appliance repairs. This company sucks. They do not return calls. When you make an apt, you have to wait from 8am to 5pm , for them not to come. I had to pay another company to come unstack my washer and dryer because they do not unstack them. This is the second time they did not show. I do not recommend this company to anyone. And I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. If I could give less than one star, I would.
