Thank you , Dr. Tareq Azabi. His genuine care and compassion truly stood out to me. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure and addressed all my concerns with patience and clarity. It was evident that he not only possesses extensive knowledge and expertise but also genuinely cares about his patients’ well being. I felt reassured knowing that I was in such capable hands.

I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown by Dr. Azabi and the entire team. I highly recommend this clinic. I was able to book my procedure 1 week after my family doctor sent the referral. Impressive as I was concerned about my symptoms and needed some reassurance ASAP.

I honestly waited around a year for this appointment due to an arrangement of symptoms that are likely related to each other, but because I was only referred for one body part, it was too big of an ask to address anything else. It took effort to convince the doctor to check the opposite limb. I felt all four of my limbs, amongst other areas were worth looking at. Even then he appeared bothered with all of this new information I was telling him and didn't seem to want to deal with it. He asked no questions about my medications or lifestyle and simply guessed that I might be experiencing arthritis.
I left feeling incredibly disappointed. The only validating feeling I have is that I'm going to have these experiences everywhere I might be referred to. I don't feel any consideration towards my wellbeing at all.
I'm glad to know that many years of medical school from some doctors affords me only a guess.

I have been there twice for colonoscopies. On both occasions, very professional, thorough and friendly. Procedures were so smoothly run and follow up with the doctor was excellent. Highly recommend.

Had first colonoscopy here. All staff were pleasant and professional. Made me feel comfortable. Procedure was efficient and on time. Ask for an extra blanket. Wear a t-shirt and socks.

I cancelled my gastroscopy as the nurse was about to insert my IV. The hospital bed mattresses were torn up, the floors weren't clean and it felt like a low budget clinic. The nurse wasn't sure of which sedation was going to be used and kept mispronouncing Midazolam and Propofol. It seems high volume with the minimum amount of staffing.

Had a procedure a few weeks ago and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and competence that was exhibited from start to finish.
You complete a short assessment over the phone and Taylor, the young woman I had the opportunity to speak to, was personable, patient and knowledgeable.
The preparation is less than perfect but using a 4L laxative was the best way for a full flush of my system without painful consequences.
My surgeon, Dr Azabi already has a spectacular reputation and he did not disappoint. He made me feel welcomed and important; he made me feel like he had concern for my health and was happy to help.
The Anesthesiologist, Dr Milkovic was kind and gentle and, what I do remember, he made sure I was fully aware of the process and checked in with my every step of the way which was greatly appreciated.
Once I woke up from anesthesia, the nurses were patient and gentle and never rushed anyone.
I was spoken to by the Surgeon, the Anesthesiologist and the recovery nurse to ensure I had all my questions met and they all offered future assistance if I needed it.
Every employee I interacted with made my health feel like a priority. They all worked around my schedule and had a full calendar to chose from.
In conclusion, the staff, from Reception, Nurses, Anethesiologist and Surgeon, all acted professionally and compassionate to myself and anyone else I could see that day.
I will be recommending this location to any and all family and friends in need, specifically those who try to avoid the hospital because this is an incredible alternative!
Thank you so much Dynamic Speciality Care; you have made a dreaded experience a lot more tolerable and I would trust myself in Dr Azabi’s care again for other specialties he has.
The day after speaking to my General Practitioner, I was contacted by this clinic and had my appointment within 2 weeks! I am so impressed with this location.

Pleasantly surprised! Felt reluctant with the location of this facility since I've always had endoscopy procedures done in the hospital. A little confusion with the location of my paperwork; however, nothing but good things to say about the staff that attended to me. Appreciated that the IV needle was applied gently and that I was instructed as to each step in the process. Friendly and informative care staff which was appreciated so late in the day when you know that everyone just wants to be done for the day and home for dinner. Thank you!
