I decided to take a few minutes to let people know of what a first class diamond store Diamonds Direct is. We happened to walk in here about 6 years ago to have a ring cleaned and thankfully Nicole noticed one of the prongs on my wife’s wedding ring was broken off. They repaired it and we became loyal customers ever since. We have purchase several other items from DD and even had two rings custom designed by them with Nicole’s assistance. Several weeks ago we dropped off 3 diamond rings to be made into a drop pendant for our daughter’s wedding in April. It turned out beautiful. The pendant contained 3 wedding stones from my wife’s grandmother, mother and one of her earrings I gave her. And today I picked up my first previously owned Rolex. I was not much of a watch guy but DJ made me realize “I deserved it.” DJ, I’m not allowed to talk to you anymore….ha ha. My son and his wife purchased their wedding rings from DD as well as my daughter and her soon to be husband. We are a Diamonds Direct family now. The entire crew are great and never rush you. David and Daniel make you feel special every time they work with you.

DJ was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel right at home. While there, I couldn’t help but browse their stunning selection of jewelry. One particular piece caught my eye—a beautiful diamond ring that perfectly complements my wedding set. DJ guided me through the process with such expertise and patience that I felt confident in my choice. Nicole also helped me choose the best fit for my set. I am totally happy with the diamond stud earrings I bought. DJ was great! Great, very knowledgeable! I did not want to buy 14 carat due to allergy problems and he helped me by the diamond studs. I liked with the option to switch them into a platinum setting…so helpful!

DJ was a solid sales person. He was attentive and patient. The store has a nice selection at various price points and many original pieces. He took the time to pull several pieces from the displays so my wife could try them on and had good suggestions for chain length and sizing.
