I see a lot of great reviews on google and it makes me wonder if they are fake reviews, or if I was so unlucky to received bad service that day. First off, the waiting room is TINY and with no air circulation it was VERY hot. The wait was over 45 minutes and the front desk girl had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. She got upset when I asked for a receipt and said “I’ll email it to you. We’re done, you can go sit down now.” I still have not received any receipts…
That same attitude seemed to have transferred to the doctor, when he finally saw me he dismissed any questions I had and seemed to be in a rush to finish the day. He went straight to prescribing me something without even explaining the benefits or how to use it. When I asked him a question related to what he was prescribing he said “oh, are you in dermatology?” Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I urge EVERYONE to stay away from this place if at all possible.

I have been seeing Dr. Ayar for adult acne for a few years and he is the only one who has helped me genuinely clear my skin. His staff is also always super friendly and accommodating! 100% recommend Dermatology Experts!

Customer service was top notch. Everyone was friendly. And the specialists there are very knowledgeable. All my concerns for my skin were listened to. And all questions were answered. I really appreciated feeling comfortable there. And will gladly go for the follow up.

Scheduled an appointment with the doctor ended up getting seen by a nurse. The doctor was actually not even in the office today. The medical assistant rushed through questions not even allowing me to finish sentences, she was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to deal with; obviously she needs to find a new career choice.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was diagnosed with Rosacea back in 2005 and never really treated it. Tried many over the counter products and cleansers that always irritated my face. Make would hide it temporarily and sometimes even made it worse. Then I found Dermatology Experts and saw APRN Yesenia Sebastia. She gave me a topical cream specifically compounded and distributed in house and it has been a game changer! I am so, so pleased with my results and the efficacy of the product. My face has not looked this good in so long. I am so happy that I can just put in my cream some sunscreen and walk out the door without makeup and feel confident about myself. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this confident about how I look without my makeup to hide my rosacea and the acne that comes along with it. Lastly the staff is amazing. Great experience with the doctor. I learned a lot in a matter of minutes; finally getting the answer to my questions after not knowing what was going on with my skin. I have a sense of peace now. He’s a great doctor not only because of his knowledge, but in addition to the beautiful team of people who works for him.

I have been coming to Dr Ayar for a couple years now for our entire family’s skin care needs. I have him do my regular skin screening as well as more cosmetic treatments. I have also been doing my hydra facials with one of his team members. My teenage sons are going to him for their acne treatments. Every experience has been fantastic. They’re doing a great job of getting you appointments quickly when you need them.
