Cubecom also designed the space and the Project Management team made sure the construction of our new store was completed on time. William was highly responsive and made himself available for us 24/7. Cubecom also helped us with tenant reimbursement after everything was said and done. Lots of promises that fail to meet expectations. I don’t recommend this organization. It started with Shafin who promised a review of all of my company’s leases that never happened. Followed by a project management team that also made a lot of promises that failed to meet expectations. My experience has been the following, not only do they not communicate well with each other, it takes the client to have to repeatedly follow up to gain information. They also ran into cash flow issues halfway through the project and were reaching out for my firm to expedite payment as if that was our issue for poor cash flow management. If you’re looking for a project management company whom you want to project manage, this is the one. They will nickel and dime you the entire way and make you feel like you’re not a valued customer. I will never use them again.

I used CubeCom primarily for their design services for my new commercial space and I couldn't be happier with the way the space turned. Starting with the preliminary drawings, right to the final design touches, they were easy to work with and very professional. They saw my vision and really brought it to life! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to elevate the design of your commercial space.

Shafin and the whole team at Cubecom realty are incredible. Hands down the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. We were looking to purchase a commercial building and did so successfully with Shaf. He gave us the best advice, never rushed us into hasty decisions, and made sure our best interests were always of paramount importance—rare qualities in brokers who usually just want their commission and to move onto the next deal. I couldn’t recommend Cubecom, and in particular, Shafin Jadavji, enough.

I recently saw a review of Cubecom from our Sub-Tenant and I wanted to make clear that Alan MacDonald is our agent. Alan diligently represented our interests while working with the Sub-Tenant, their agents, and our landlord to deliver space on time and on budget. There were environmental and lease interpretation surprises, but Alan and Will worked to minimize their impact on our operations. Our company moved into a 15,0000 SF full floor downtown sublease and had the sub-landlord turnkey the space for us. Al MacDonald represented the sub-landlord, but he worked extra hard to accommodate all of our requests as well (and there were a lot). He wasn’t our agent, but he made us feel extremely comfortable during design, construction, and move-in, so much so that we haven’t let go of him yet. It would be easy to forget that he isn’t our agent, and I would highly recommend him.
