Complacency and lack of organization is rampant here. All of their letters and correspondance tell you to "call", but there is no way to actually get someone on the phone, and if somehow you're able to leave a message, then they will never call you back. Received erroneous letters regarding issues that have already been resolved. Would rate lower if there was an option.

This is the worst place in the world to try to call for a quick question. They ignore the phones that we pay for completely. You have to go down there and when you do there will be 1 person in the lobby , 2 people working and they will tell you (while the phone is still ringing ) that they were to busy to answer. Horrible service to the city not to mention a complete waste of tax dollars . I've never had someone here answer the phone ever. They just ignore it because thier cell phone is more important or they just don't feel like doing more then the bare minimum.

Was fast and easy to get to. Not great signage, if you don't know where your going a little hard to fi d.

Regardless of how I feel about the Police Department they share the courthouse with, the Clerk was professional and helpful - quick to clarify anything I was confused about, and patient with me as I fumbled my way through clearing up a ticket. My experience stems from going in-person both times, though, rather than calling - so for anyone who has dealings, make it down here if you can instead of calling. The in-person experience seems to be vastly better than the call-in experience

Worst service ever. If you lived out of state you mines well book a ticket back to Texas to get your business handled, because your never going to get someone on the phone or get it handled online. There is zero way to get in contact with this court, but they’ll be sure to site you for your wrong doings. I’ve gotten a speeding ticket there, and ended up having to travel all the way back in town just to pay it. Even though I did they still refuse to process it and it’s been almost a week since paying.

Got a ticket for inspection being out. Got a 2nd ticket less than 10 days later... how am I supposed to get it all done immediately? Badge 240 and Badge 284. I would understand if I had not been trying to fix it...

I am working on getting it all taken care of but it doesn't happen instantly and the laws are changing for all of this on January 1st. I ask the officers about this and they did not even know. Really glad I know more about our laws than they do...really refreshing being told, and I quote "I don't know anything about any laws changing until I am told."

They were just very bad at communicating with me. I had to drive to the courthouse 6 times since they wouldn't answer the phone between 8-5 (their working hours) and when I would go they repeatedly told me the wrong information. I got a speeding ticket over a year ago and am still trying to get it taken care of.

I’ve called multiple times for days in a row and never got my call taken. If I’m arrested for not paying my ticket I’m blaming them.
