My first visit to Chuck E. Cheese since I was 4, and overall I gotta say they got the "kids birthday party" target perfectly. The whole experience was extremely well organized, the pizza was tasty and well made, they have a (small) fresh salad bar, and it was super clean and bright. I'm not coming on a random Saturday, but I would happily attend another kids birthday party here! The kiddo enjoyed himself a ton too.

The kids always have a great time at Chuck E Cheese and the pizza is very good with a buttery crust!!! I Only wish the time on the cards could be paused as often as you like and didn't expire at midnight the day of purchase.

The complete remodel is beautiful!! My kids loove coming here, and now as parents we love it even more now! Haven’t visited in about 9 months- its very CLEAN- excellent food, very kind staff! Will definitely come more frequently with the upgrades!

My grandsons and I had a ball here tonight. Haven’t been here for probably 30 years and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super helpful. Pizza was actually great. Lots of arcade games (recommend paying by minutes) and optional trampoline area ($10 additional).
All the games were working and everything is very clean. Lots of games for different age levels. The Kiddos are already asking to go back.

I am so disappointed and saddened about how my family was treated during a party for our three year old . We had 45 minutes left of the party and we had not seen Chuck E , we hadn’t received our food , things just weren’t prepared and they were not ready . I understand if they were short staff or something had set them back but the way we were treated was unacceptable. My mom had went and asked Ray Santiago the manager , about the food and to see who was working the party he responded very rudely when she told him how his response was rude he retaliated and tried to cancel the party , my mom told him he doesn’t have to cancel the party because she didn’t want the kids to have to leave just because she was wondering about the services that my sister had paid for so only she was kicked out . Instead of reassurance he kicked out the birthday girls grandma . Only 45 minutes left and we didn’t receive anything that was paid for , asked about the service just to get kicked out. Everyone remained calm besides the manager and continued to try and make the day special we did end up leaving to sing happy birthday that way her grandma can be there too. Very bad experience. I pray that everyone else has a better experience for their kids special day .

We had a large family gathering, and there is no rental fee. After 2 hours, the remaining people can move to booths. This was great for ages 3-75. Visibility to all areas was great. It's pizza. Pretty standard.

I ordered the small buffalo wings and I asked the cashier how many wings do you get for 16.99. She said they weigh them. I got 8 small wings and they charged 3 bucks for the dipping sauce. I ordered the French fries and only got like 10 fries. I will never go back such a rip off 70 bucks for a pizza barely any wings and 4 dirnks.

I had a birthday party tonite at Chuck E Cheese. From the min I arrived at the door, the night went super. I had a great start to a great party for the grand kids. We went right our tables. Our host Kail went way out explaining how the whole nite would proceed. The timing for every thing was spot on. I had some extra items added that she took care of with no problems at all. All the kids had a very special night. The parents were very happy with how we were taken care of. This is a great place for fun for this kind of party. Pizza was very good also. I am a return customer who will recommend this Chunky E Cheese highly.
