Christmas lane was very fun! Loved the bracelets you get to take pictures at each spot. Wish the hot coco shop had a few more options but overall fun experience. Don't recommend going on Black Friday the mall area was PACKED.

Such a great experience.. the interactive Photo Booths/areas were great for my family and I to take as many pictures as we wanted.. not crowded at all and the set up was great.. really had a great time with my family

Overpriced and underwhelming. I took my 8 year old here and we wasted 15 mins. The decorations were nice but that was it. I paid $84 to see nice holiday decor. The tour was not 1 1/2 hours. We finished the entire tour in 15 mins. Then I paid an extra $25 to ice skate and it was a joke. The rink was so small and packed with toddlers. No one was present to monitor or ensure only who paid the extra could enter. It was a free for all. I think only small kids could appreciate this more. The Santa looked soooo fake. lol like skinner and just not a good impersonator. Lol the 2 stars are for the decorations.

What a waste of money! This place is a joke. I spent a lot of money. I order hot chocolate which was suppose to have whipped cream and Sprinkles. We didn’t receive whipped cream or Sprinkles. I brought it back and they told me they were out whipped cream and sprinkles keep in mind it was 3pm on a Sunday! I spent 3 dollars on a cold hot chocolate, mix which was clearly out of a packet! Which they say they make it!! Also they say they have a gift shop well all they sell is ugly cups. This place was so crowded and my son didn’t get a chance to take any pictures, and got yelled at by several on their families! We went on a Sunday. Don’t take your family!

Loved it . Great place for the kids to run around in a contained spot. Went after Christmas and used a promo code!

I wouldn’t recommend the ice skating option though. It seemed like a floor and wasn’t too easy to glide around

Wish 0 stars was an option.
Employee seemed irritated and gave me an attitude, when asking about a restroom for my special needs daughter. Then had the audacity to comment to another employee, heckling us, thinking we could not hear. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Immature. Obviously not a very high bar set for their hiring process. It's quite sad.
