First time to the Thermador showroom... and it blew my socks off. Wonderful and genuine staff who knew everything you needed or wanted to know about every appliance. Did you know that some of their appliances have wireless connections that allow you to control them from your phone?! Amazing. They are really playing into the connected home! I love it because everything else in my home is controlled by a wireless connection. It even sends push notifications to your phone. This is a must visit if you are in the market for high end appliances!

I have a Thermador cooktop (second one) and two Thermador ovens. had to replace my first Thermador cooktop because they changed the ignitor and of course the whole cooktop had to be replaced. Purchased new one for $3K a little over three years ago. The bolts that affix the burners to the cooktop are completely rusted and Thermador won't honor replacement. they will pay for parts but not labor (the most costly part) and one of the ignitors has to be replaced which cannot be replaced unless all of the burners are removed! ugh-very frustrated. will change brands when replacing

What a gorgeous showroom!!! My husband and I just bought our first home and are in the process of remodeling. We have friends that have Thermador in their own homes and they highly recommended it so we visited the showroom and were blown away. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff answered our many questions. We can't wait to install our range!

Beautiful showroom! Whether you're ready to make a purchase or just starting the designing and planning phase, the Thermador Showroom offers something for everyone. The appliances are not only stunning, but also truly innovative with seemingly endless amazing features. The staff was also warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable about all of the products. I can't wait to outfit my kitchen with Thermador!

We visited the Thermador showroom and were very pleased with the excellent staff who demonstrated these stunning Thermador appliances. They were extremely knowledgeable and their superb training of the features and benefits of the appliances was evident. They were pleasant, very helpful and answered all our questions. We took a personal tour which allowed us to truly admire all of these beautiful and stunning Thermador products and appliances. We truly recommend visiting this showroom at once so that you too can admire these great products! So many decisions.....but we can't wait to fully outfit our home with Thermador!

We had a wonderful experience at the showroom. My local retailer did not have a few of the products that my husband and I were interested in. It was great to see all of the gorgeous kitchens and the showroom staff was so knowledgeable. We ended up adding a wine column and a smaller under unit refrigerator for our bar after seeing their set up. Can't wait for my Thermador kitchen!

This showroom is truly beautiful and an amazing opportunity to experience the products first-hand. Its so great being able to see the appliances in incredible design vignettes so that you can truly envision them in your own home. Also, the staff working there are so knowledgeable and helpful!

Called Thermador direct to help repair a newly purchased dishwasher. Damage Not under warranty but we were willing to pay the cost.

They dispatch a representative Chang That came to the house and stated he needed particular parts for the repair…
We then make another call to Thermador to make another appointment for his return.
The following week he calls us and asked if we are going through with the job - Apparently the Thermador representative failed to communicate that to him - albeit a confirmation email and a formal order number and as a result he did not order the parts per as needed: wasting more time…
This dishwasher has been out of service for over a month; in Trying to establish repairs through Thermidor and this is yet another case of poor contract Relationships within these two gamey corporations.
He then states, That the overall payment will be $680.
- He further states that his boss at BHS had verbally told him not to take this job. Wow . And somehow that a favor is being created I. This service call - But he is likely the reason for the unexpected up charge of $680 that he passed on to the technician.
However the documented Thermidor email clearly states $555 and change. Oops.

Remember Thermidor is a corporation that boldly states to use this third-party service vendor on ALL levels of service…

- We stated we had the conflicting email but he just kept repeating that he’s going “to order the parts” etc - like some last resort sales mantra as if repetition is going to seduce any type of change lol - TF.
so we told him “ don’t think about ordering parts and then showing up to our location under this guise of your newly expected payment for $680… Likely inspired by your boss who told you not to take the job and where you are contractually expected to do so.
Told him to sort it out with Thermidor and why they dropped the ball with him…

He stated he will call back and of course he never did..

Note that:
Initially he sounds well spoken on VM but based upon our factual experiences, y’all be very mindful of this switch tactic that he mistakenly used against us and as a result:

Never did not own up to his questionable higher adjusted price ; nor make any effort For further discussion on services on keeping his word And no call back for discussion on why the corporate representative had failed to communicate with him regarding the documented price for this service call.

Looks like sleeves is on to the next…

We again requested another wait in line call back from Thermador and now never received a callback from them…

Additionally we need to be vigilant in making sure they don’t send this company nor any other companies in the past that have representatives that have been caught trying to up the price and price gouge customers, While on a corporate Thermador clock.

Lastly Thermidor is NOT BBB accredited.

Our review was posted there as well, But what good is it if this German company has no foundation in customer care and accountability for their product management and services and subsequent failure in providing any effort in resolving this repair service issue.

Thermidor and BHS: Be mindful not to follow up on this review and offer us that stale expected and sterile plastic progressive corporate response: in telling us to jump through more of your hoops, in having to contact you for formal and honest service..

- We as customers are not on your payroll to remind you on how to follow through with formal contract customer care and overall failure in customer service.

We are still expecting a formal call back…
