It has been a pleasure working with the BGC team on replacing my roof. Daniel did a great and thorough job checking over my old roof and walking me through the whole process of working with my insurance company to file a claim. He made the whole thing seamless and easy. I really appreciated the extra time and care that he took to answer my questions and check in during and after the roof was replaced. Troy also did a wonderful job following up with me and working with my busy schedule to set up a time to meet. I enjoyed working with BGC so much that I am replacing my gutters with them next and plan to call them for other projects in the future.

Got my 21 year old roof replaced for only insurance deductible. I did not think this was possible. These guys negotiated with my insurance company and got it done. Oscar and Abraham are amazing young men. Very pleased with their communication and guidance.

BGC Expert Contractors conducted a free roof inspection for us following a significant hail storm and worked with our insurance company to get us a full roof replacement. Garrett Ball was our project manager and was exceptional to work with from start to finish!! He was super thorough and communicative, and it was obvious that he strives to do right by his clients. The crew that came to replace the roof did an excellent job and we love our new roof! They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up well at the end. My only gripe is that I had to go back and forth with the finance department many, many times to get our contract to accurately reflect what was and wasn’t covered by insurance. All worked out well in the end, but make sure you understand your insurance company’s estimate before signing paperwork with BGC. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend BGC for roofing work!!

Daniel White and Troy did a wonderful job arranging the replacement of our roof. They meticulously investigated the problems and offered solutions, also worked with our insurance company to make everything possible. Everything was done in a timely manner and with great quality. Daniel and Troy are very nice and have wonderful personalities, we enjoyed getting to know them and working with them. They were very responsive to all our needs and answered all our questions. Our new roof looks very elegant and cheerful! Thank you so much!

BGC Expert Contractors is a very professional and excellent contractor company. Its employees and the team are experienced, responsible and efficient. In particular, Mr.Daniel White was very responsible in inspecting the roof and helped us to apply a claim to the insurance company, and maximized the compensation to replace the roof of the house due to storm damage. At the same time, BGC completed the replacement of nearly 4,000 feet of the house roof very high efficiently and with high quality, and we were very satisfied and verv happy. Mr. Daniel is an amazing, trustworthy and professional expert . Their high-quality service is highly recommended.

BGC Contractors are absolutely awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Garrett who made the entire process easy and seamless. I had some worries early on in the process with my insurance having to be renewed and but Garrett and his team were able to get me scheduled and get the roof completed within weeks! The project manager was also awesome to work with. He would send pictures and give updates on the roof process throughout the day. Overall great service and great work! 10/10

The roofing team worked very efficiently. Everything was cleaned up after the new roof was installed. Garrett kept my parents informed and was very respectful of their time. BGC Contractors were great to work with. Daniel helped with the whole process and did a great job. I had some difficulties with my insurance agency, but Daniel stayed persistent and helped me get approved! Overall great service and great work, love my new roof!
