Beauty Expert is located close to Drammen station. They offer a large variety of services and have experienced employees. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere and the owners are incredibly nice. I have tried a couple of different services, such as gel nails, pedicure, lash extensions and waxing, and I have always been pleased with the results. They make the services very comfortable for the customer and I would definitely recommend going here.

Jestem stałą klientką salonu od samego początku i zawsze korzystam z usług u Karoliny – jestem bardzo zadowolona! Regularnie robię u niej brwi, laminację rzęs, a ostatnio skorzystałam też z oczyszczania wodorowego twarzy (bardzo brakowało mi tego tutaj w Drammen) – efekty są świetne i już jestem umówiona na kolejny zabieg! Karolina zawsze podchodzi do klienta z pełnym profesjonalizmem, a w razie potrzeby zmiany terminu nigdy nie było problemu – zawsze udało się znaleźć odpowiednią godzinę.
Atmosfera w salonie jest bardzo przyjemna. Polecam z całego serca! ♥️

Veldig trivelig salong. Ut i fra min erfaring (Vokset meg i 15 år), så er Valerija super dyktig! Hands down en av de beste wax opplevelsene mine. Jeg kommer tilbake 😀

Jeg har tatt behandlinger som pedicure, manicure, voksing og vippebøy! Er kjempe fornøyd! Du blir så godt tatt i mot og jentene på Beauty Expert er ikke bare eksperter med det de jobber med, men de gir så utrolig god kundeopplevelse! Servicen er helt amazing og de lytter virkelig til kunden før de utfører behandlingene med perfeksjonisme! Anbefales på det sterkeste!

The owner contacted me right after my review was posted, and offered her sincere apologies and compensation. I was offered a new treatment without any cost plus a free product. She explained that the treatment I got last time was done by a junior therapist and therefore it took longer time. They also changed the booking option, so now it says clearly if the treatment is with a junior therapist. I am satisfied with their effort to improve the saloon and the customer experience. I will be back, but not to a junior therapist.

The positives: great location. Off-peak prices. Great lounge/waiting area. The negatives: 20 minutes late. Dirty treatment bed with wax all over it. Wax on door handle. No place to put my clothes. Water stains in the ceiling. Terrible waxing experience also. The wax therapist was obviously not professional; she struggled to get a hold on the wax, and used several attempts to take it off. I think she used wax five to six times on the same spot. Maybe her gloves were too big? And it took her 3 times of asking: "are you satisfied now" because there was still so much hair left after her first attempt of waxing. Stay clear of this place if you are considering waxing.
