2nd Floor ; Regarding divorce paperwork.. she did not help…. Rather she kept repeating the a question rather than clarify ; a lot of disdain that was unnecessary and not needed. This is not right especially for those who are encountering this process for the first time… subpar training and training.. clerks are there and paid for by the county and the state to help the public not be rude…

The current commissioner playing judge is awful. He wouldn't even look at a moms pictures of bruises on her son from his dad. He doesn't care about dv, self harming, fighting. He said publicly in court he hears about violence everyday and no longer rules on it. Fresno needs better judges and better care for its kids. The judge should be ashamed.

The staff that answer the phones are extremely rude and act like you're beyond incompetent to them. I only got one really sweet caring individual and it was a female. If you hate your job, quit because being rude to people that already have to use the courts is stressful. Specifically to the gentleman that works in the morning in the family law clerk's office. You are evil. And the ladies downstairs in the self help don't really review your packet they just skim throughout the packet and check for signatures and are very desensitized individuals. They don't care either they just want you out of their face. The clerks and judicial officers that signed off my packet ignored my 1-26 exhibit and declaration with case numbers from the police and Cps report of abuse and declined my domestic violence restraining order and only made it for custody lol and 2 weeks ago a tracker was put on my car by the suppose to be restrained individual and that evidence and case number was also in my packet but that's exactly who we are given to help protect our lives and our children. They need the Internal Affairs to visit them so they can take all of the sticks out of each other's a**'s and do what they are taught and not what they want or feel like doing. This star isn't for the whole building it's self but the MEDIATOR IN THE CIVIL DEPARTMENT... She basically works with the plaintiffs lawyers.. Once I walked into mediation she basically said I should take whatever the lawyer recommend! I'm like wth isn't much of a mediation if it's one sided?

These hours are screwy as all get out man. Definitely not open till. Clerical is only open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. 8am to 12pm

I’m here at the time they opened. It’s been 30 minutes and only one window is open for service. Multiple people sitting behind a desk. Some on their phones . This is why our system is so broken. People don’t take their jobs seriously
