We have used Air Experts for replacing two units at our home and have been pleased from all aspects of our interaction with them. They are competitive and willing to work with you on price based on competitive elements, but more importantly every single technician I've ever dealt with are friendly, helpful, and professional. Today during a routine service check Jeremy went above and beyond by helping diagnose why a relatively old humidifier was not working and was able to repair it as part of his call and get it working again. Extremely well run and professional company. Also great communication.

when I woke up on Sunday morning, I heard a hissing noise in our laundry room where our water heater is. Water was on the ceiling. I turned the water off and called air experts they sent someone right away.. I didn’t know if it was a leak from the ceiling or something spraying but when we turned the water back on to see it was obviously something spraying from a hole in one of the poly beautiful pipes.. The technician was very friendly and courteous. He identified the problem quickly. He replaced the pipe that was damaged in a very short time and we were back in business. I’m grateful to our experts for their quick response on a Sunday and getting our house back in order so quickly and I appreciate the courtesy expertise and quick work of the technician.

Air experts did an awesome job with our new on-demand water heater. Juan completed the final steps today with the gas inspector. They provided me a time that works best with my schedule, then they sent me a text message and a phone call to remind me of the appointment. Everything went smoothly.

Additionally, Chrissy from Air experts office sent me the form to get the Equipment refund. All I had to do was fill it out and send it in.
