Brought my truck in to remove whole lift kit and an alignment and discussed verifying vehicle stability/suspension for damage and repair after hitting a curb.
I had a positive camber lean on the passenger front wheel. I requested a price quote for the service and parts for everything. None of this happened.

-I waited two days, never got a quote, I got a sudden call the work was done.
-Stability light is still on. They stated I needed a dealership reset. I already knew that was incorrect.
-They only removed my front spacers for the lift kit. I requested all of it. The ticket states, "remove body lift kit." Not just front spacers.
-No road test. Steering wheel wobbles and vehicle pulls to the right. Vehicle "groans and shudders" when curving left.
-No inspection, repairs, parts installed to stability system or suspension.
-I inspected my tie rod ends. Noticed they used pliers, not wrenches, scarring and shaving metal.
-None of the front shocks had their nuts tightened, even halfway off.
-They stated I never asked for a suspension/ stability inspection and repair. We discussed using moog parts, and they even wrote "moog" and "V suspension" on my ticket.

They did not listen. They did incomplete and incorrect work using incorrect tools, gave incorrect information, never gave a quote and did not do a before and after inspection, they did not road test. Everything about this went wrong and they obviously don't know how to do car business.
Quote, road test and inspection are the basics. After all that, it was $200 for an alignment and a whopping $320 to remove front pucks. That's driveway work. No need for that much money.

They did offer to correct the alignment, but after the work they did, how am I supposed to believe they would or even CAN fix it? Never again.

My tire was blown out on alligator alley and I had to drive somewhere on my spare. These guys found the right tire for my tiny car and got to work! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Wonderful people all around!

It needed front and rear brake, we also changed the rotors!!! They also changed the oil and the two front tires!!! They have the best price in town!!! I am very pleased with their professional service!!! I give them a FIVE STAR FOR SURE!!!

Was out and about today when we discovered something in my tire. A Expert Tire & Service was just a mile or so down the road, so we stopped there. They took us right in and in just a short amount of time had us all patched up! Pulled a nice Allen Key out of my tire.

Brought my truck in after one of 4 rear tires were completely flat. So no appointment, no heads up or nothing for them. I pulled in about 11 am and pulled out with a brand new tire by 1130 AM. I didn't expect such quick service seeing how busy they looked. If you're in the south Ft Myers area in a pinch, swing by them.
