Stay away from this company. Although I did not personally use them. I am in construction & I watched this company damage property (multiple county sidewalks, where we walk our dogs daily) and mess with this family for over 6 months.

You can see by my photos their outriggers on their equipment broke the sidewalk in multiple spots. Not like one or two, like 4 or 5 spots! Also they came to repair something that wasn’t working for the client because they were there every other day for two or three weeks to try and fix the problem with zero luck. So they patched the client’s roof with unlatching shingles!! What a joke of a company this is.

STAY WAY FROM, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED Had them install these on our home. We have had nothing but problems with this company. They don't care about the people only there pockets. We now have 2 bills each month for electric so more then what we were paying before. Customer service is a joke and we even called the number they give everyone who's leaving bad reviews by this scamming shady company. We gave them copys of out electric bill and the total panels they put up was supposed to cover the amount we consume which it didn't and they blam on trees that they had trimmed and the shad of the day never covers not 1. They butchered the trees in my front yard as well.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. My neighbor works for this company, and they installed solar on his roof, in order for them.to do this, they have a tree company they work with. The tree company put a huge crack in my driveway. So I called expert solar because we could not get in contact with the tree company. They were extremely rude and tried to say that the tree company did not crack my driveway. So the neighbor gives us the tree company number. We did not know at first the solar company had hired them,so the guy is chatting with the neighbor, myself and my husband Go out and speak with the guy. ,he says give him some time and he will take care of it. It has now been 3 to 4 weeks since we had that conversation. When I call him it goes to voice mail, and he does not call us back. So now we have had to speak to an attorney to get paperwork started . I even sent expert solar picture with the damage on our driveway. We never gave them permission to come on our property.

We are now investing in civil action due to this experience being not only similar but precisely what I and others have experienced. There needs to be some form accountability company wide with this company anyway, back to the actual review. "I had solar installed at my house at the beginning of the year. Sales rep stated if we referred someone, the referral bonus would be $4,000. I referred family who ended up getting a system (costing almost $80,000) and was told I would be getting the entire $4,000 bonus because it was such a massive system. After the system was installed at my family members house, I was told I would NOT be getting a bonus. After a lot of back and forth through phone and email, they finally said they would send $2,000 instead of the $4,000. When I brought up the promised $4,000 and even sent them screenshots of the promised amount, they started denying the amount even though I have the text messages from the sales rep and the director of marketing confirming the $4,000. So, I was given 50% of what was promised and advertised to me and my family after sending them such a large sale." Lies on top of more lies. They simply want you you to sign the contract so if you default they can put a lien on your home your better off not even getting this solar and sticking with Florida power and light company.

As a contractor finding the right team to install my solar system was challenging. However, the process with expert solar was very easy. The team was very clean and conscious of my house, especially my roof. After two days my system was completely done. thanks.

It starts with a liar coming to your house giving promises that the company will not back up. These “incentives” are pure falsehoods. For they promised 5000 cash, pressure washing our roof, delayed payments for eighteen months, 4.9%, and 129.00/month. What we got were 25 panels on a dirty roof. No cash! Immediate payments! 7.9% and 190.00/month. They are liars, trust them not!
They have since made good on part of their promises. My roof is now clean thanks to a company named SOFT PRESSURE ROOF CLEANING and their man Ricardo.

Ellos me instalaron los paneles solares alrededor de 5 meses,llevo mas de un mes tratando de contactarlos por varias inquietudes respecto al servicio de mi casa y no he podido,antes de empezar el servicio me llamaban hasta 3 veces al dia,ahora es mas facil hablar con el president Biden, muy mal
