She’s amazing she listens to you vent about your concerns then responds with her professional input - the front desk staff and the rest of the staff who check our weight and do the body composition are also amazing! Everyone at the fair ridge location are just overall great lol. I send all my close friends here!

Customer service at its finest! The front desk staff members were all extremely pleasant, warm, and welcoming, - even despite squeezing me into what I’m sure was a busy day and also time sensitive last minute end of the day appointment request, everyone was cheerful and happy to assist in any way!!! I also want to rave about Dr. Sylvia Luther, who took so much time care and concern to ensure all of my questions were answered and issues addressed before I left (for what I’m certain was likely one of her last appointments of the day). My normal location is the south riding location, but Prima’s scheduler was able to quickly get me into their Fair Ridge location in Fairfax, which was not only convenient, but also a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this practice, its providers, and the overall patient experience is outstanding! Special shout out to the doctor again, as well as Ivania, who was also super pleasant and assisted the doctor during the visit. Also a huge extra shout out snd kudos to Natasha whom i met during my return visit! She was wonderful supportive patient snd kind as well - Andrea at the Front Desk also pleasant and extremely efficient - this office is customer service with a smile AT ITS FINEST!!!

Dr. Yalamanchilli is terrific. She is always attentive listens knows her patients and understands well the health challenges at any age. Highly recommend the SR office, the medical staff and administrators always greet patients with a smile and it’s obvious they enjoy their work help others.

We had an awful experience in just getting a medical form required by an employer to be sgined by the physicians. Between the staff attending the phone calls, the RN handling the case, and the physicians who were supposed to sign the form, it took 2 weeks and several follow ups to have them signed just one day before the last day. But not really! The phone attendant said that the forms could be picked up, but when we went to pick them up from South Riding, they were still lacking signatures!!
It was Tiffany who showed genuine concern, took ownership, and personaly follwed up to ensure that they got signed before the close of business. She also ensured we got a printed copy and a soft copy because although she had uploaded them to the portal. they were not visible there. If the office trains others to be like her, this place will get a 5-star!

Strongly recommended! Dr Yalamanchilli is very nice and patient! All the staff there are very nice and helpful! I forgot my photo ID there, they put it in an envelope to return it to me on my following visit. You can also text them to send your documentation. They respond very promptly! I really like them!

Totally unscrupulous practice. Billed my credit card $500+ when I already have multiple insurances without any notice or bill sent to me. After weeks of calling them all they could say was a manager will call you back. No manager ever did. Finally I had to reach out to the bank and dispute the charge because this practice is just a scam.

Can't even cancel appointments at this place which they force you to enter every visit. There is no system to cancel appointments online and the only way to cancel is to call them on the phone which they rarely answer. I called 24 hours in advance to cancel my appointment and they said i have to call 48 hours in advance. What if some emergency came up in the last 24 hours due to which I couldn't make the appointment. They said I would have to pay $50 since I can't make the appointment. I said do not do that and they sent me a letter saying I am dismissed from their practice. Such a horrible place and doctor who won't even listen. Find yourself a better doctor than these scamsters.

I am a new patient with Prima and I had the best experience in a doctor’s office of late. Dr Yalamanchilli is patient, kind and a great listener. Doesn’t just prescribe but listens first to your concerns. I am so like that she is knowledgeable about natural remedies that work. The entire process of signing up is one of the best I’ve had. If you leave a message they do call back! 🙂 The staff are efficient, respectful, and responsive. This is one doctor / patient experience I would hold on to.
