I've been with Cox for three years and expected decent service, but my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating. According to their website, you’re supposed to be eligible for a new router every three years, which makes sense since routers don’t last forever. But when I tried to claim mine, the customer service reps gave me nothing but excuses.

I spoke with two different people, and both refused to send a new router despite the fact that my current one is slowing down. Instead, they pushed for troubleshooting and other useless options that didn’t address the real issue. I work from home and don’t have time to do their job for them. Cox has no problem charging a $75 technician fee but refuses to provide a basic service that they advertise on their own website.

If you’re considering Cox for internet, just know that their customer service is unwilling to help and doesn’t honor their own policies. They clearly don’t care about their customers, just about squeezing as much money out of them as possible. Avoid them if you can.

Worst internet provider ever. Actual speeds are nowhere near advertised speeds. Download speeds get throttled during busy hours when everyone gets home from work. This is why monopolies are bad. Way overpriced for the quality they provide.

Needed to start wifi because roommate with wifi was moving out, and the process was so quick and easy! Jason helped me out and he's an amazing associate. Everything was super quick and easy and took less than 30 minutes to sort everything out. Very happy with this location and Jasons amazing customer service!

Amazing staff. Walked in and was Immediately helped. Had concerns about my account payment going up. And one of the female workers helped me out (I wish I got her name but she was amazing) super fast and efficiently. She was super kind and tried to find the best options for me right away!
