Nice showroom. However, once you buy your product the service stops. Purchased the DCS Beverage Chiller. The Bottle Holder does not attach properly tot he Beverage Chiller. It is supposed to be simple sheet metal screw attachment. However the holes are too small and the metal is too strong for the screws to grab on to. We have spent several days trying to reach someone to help and are getting the run around. Passed from person to person or hung up on after waiting on hold for a long time. Bad design and bad product support.

My Brother gave me his Fisher and Paykal refrigerator before he moved to New Mexico. The refridgerator has been going strong for 12 years. I didn't realize I that this company offered such a solid product at such low prices. They called me after year 10 to renew the warranty but I declined because it was working so we'll. I do unplug it every month or 2 and clean it out just to keep the compressor working a maximum efficiency. Other than that I have no complaints. I keep thinking that is going to die any day but it's still going strong.

Very helpful staff. Excellent showroom. We reserved for a cooking demo and besides the food being delicious we learned a lot about the steam oven option. Much better experience speaking to a chef who uses the appliances than your typical showroom.

Our company "Rent For Event" has provided Audio Visual services for the Fisher and Paykel summit in July. We got contracted by Buddy Wyrick which doing a lot of events for Fisher and Paykel.

We trust Fisher and Paykel company on getting Net 7 payment terms. But we never received a payment for services has been provided. Its been already over 2 month

We've paid all our employees and contractors who was working hard on this event out of our pocket.

Fisher and Paykel still owns us over 10000$ for the event and no one is responding to our phone calls and emails. It feels like Fisher and Paykel not a real company, more like a fake or scam along with Buddy Wyrick.

If General manager or Head of operations or any executive of this company see this review and don't contact us for further payment plan we have all right to file a court case against Fisher and Paykel.

Stay away. Purchased new dishwasher that came with damaged panel. It's been 3 weeks and still can't get a service call going to fix it.

Customer service is lacking in every way. 3 month old patio heater has a bad igniter. This restaurant now has no heat on their patio and Fisher & Paykel's service provider won't return countless phone calls. We are a 35 year experienced HVAC service company and they won't take our diagnosis. We must use their service provider-that won't return our calls.
Their warranty is WORTHLESS and their customer service could care less.

My Fisher &Paykel dryer stopped working December 2016. The machine was less than 3 years old with light use, maybe used once every 10 days, one load. I waited until March for anew control board, and when it arrived that new part was defective. It is on back order again. I was in contact with customer service and they seemed responsive until this last snafu. Now they have gone silent on me. Bad product and the company is unable to service their product.

I bought a Fisher and Paykel full kitchen set and it has turned me into a total foodie. The refrigerator is the perfect size for my small kitchen and its counter depth!! My food is lasting longer then it did in my old LG refrigerator. The cook top is so sleek and easy to use. the wall oven is amazing I cook on it every single day. I am no chef but using my fisher and paykel wall oven is amazing. everything is so easy to use. It has a picture of the setting you want to use and it is very consistent. I am know just looking for new recipes to try on this great oven. Finally my most prized item in the set is the dishdrawer washer I can do two loads at the same time!! but for the most part I typically only use the top one. It has large enough space to wash the dishes that my girlfriend and I use during the day. This dish drawer came in handy for thanksgiving!! As for the bad reviews I just figured every company has one or two lemon problems who doesn't Hope this helps people instead of just bad reviews on service issues.
